I can't stand CVS. They really let you know they're too busy for you. Called for delivery status and was told if I'm nervous about it go pick it up instead. Real nice jerk. Wouldn't give me his name instead said he'd call me back. I can't stand them. Feeling stuck thru insurance!

This is my cvs where all my prescriptions are filled. I got my latest covid booster and flu shot without an appointment. They have my meds ready when promised.

Horrible experience here with pharmacy, the pharmacist was very unhelpful and just rude. My doc gave me option for medication vs ER, which I wanted to try med, she knew I was actively bleeding and this was urgent, it was a mid day Tuesday. The pharmacy was not busy, she really took forever, waited to fill, one hour later, she told me it wasn't covered and I had to go to another pharmacy, in my mind. She could've told me that within seconds of dropping it off. Instead I waited over an hour, it was physically and mentally draining. She showed me zero empathy, Very disappointing, I will never go back

Self check out always has issues . it's bad enough CVS makes you use a card # to get your discount, then you have to deal with faulty machines and wait for help

Cashier just asked me if i wanted $10 off my purchase so I said yes, and he said I just had to answer a couple questions which was verifying my info and providing an email. As i get to the last step I see "$5 monthly charge" on the screen he was trying to rush me through. He didnt explain the program or that it was a monthly fee. I said i didnt want it, didn't go there enough and didnt wanna pay anything, and I paid cash and left. Sketchy.

Went here today for a COVID Test and the individual at the pharmacy was unhelpful, crabby, and unprofessional. So sorry I'm a bit hearing challenged and cannot hear you well through your mask and speaker. When I asked for instructions on how to administer test (thru drive-thru), I was met with irritation and slamming down of a basket. They didn't watch to make sure I inserted the swab far enough so I have no idea if I did the test correctly. There's no reason to be testy and rude to a customer who is calmly asking for help.

Cashier convinced me to get a rewards card. I thought it was free, but noticed I was charged $5.00 a month. When I called to inquire about charge waited on hold for a long time. When I finally was able to speak with someone they informed me I would have to call credit card company to get refund. Not sure how a company can charge you without your permission. I asked to have a manager call me. Waiting 5 days so far for the call.

Pharmacy is going downhill fast. Was told twice to come back the next day because my script hadnt come in on their truck "maybe tomorrow" . Then I get notifications that my scripts are ready, go in to be told itll be 45 min to an hour and a half. Its kind of disrespectful to my time and gas to go there and have to leave and come back. Dont say things are ready when they arent. They really need to get their act together.

Had a Covid test appointment at 10:00AM today. Arrived at 9:35AM requesting if the test can be done before 10AM since I have to attend an important meeting. The pharmacist Casey with a very rude ill-mannered way replied that it could not be done. However, at 9:50 since the driveway was empty and no one available both sides, I pulled in to get the test done. After the lady asked if I have a confirmation and DL. she came back and said I have to leave and come back at 10:00AM Sharp. I was back at 10 and was made to wait 9 minutes till they came with the test which took only 40 seconds to be completed. Asking the pharmacist if it would be done by next day since I am traveling of Friday early morning, he stated it can take up to five days and I have seen it come in five days.Now, the pharmacist manage Casey should not be rude, should not state lies that he have seen the test for travel takes five days when the requirement by all airlines is to have it within 72 hours before departing. However, will cancel all our rewards and membership with this CVS, and Walgreens at around the corner which always been helpful, and for the pharmacist MANAGER Casey, please grow up and change your professional attitude.
