Nora could have been more pleasant. I took my client here to get a haircut. My client is in a wheelchair, even though I had it under control, Nora just watched through the window. She did not offer to hold the door, because the salon doors are narrow. I really wanted to turn around and go to great clips across the street, but I just suck it up. I did not feel welcomed here, maybe she didn't like black people. Her demanor, her attitude was horrible. She was not really nice to my resident who was in the wheelchair. She kept saying, "she can't hold her head up" I informed her that I can assist with any movement, but she never ask. We will not return to this business.

Made an appointment for 5pm, they said “ok, we’ll see you at 5pm, what the name?” I give her my name and she says I’ll see you than. I go there 10 minutes before 5pm and I see three others waiting with one women as the stylist. She says I never made an appointment and that they don’t even take appointments. That there probably isn’t enough time to even have my hair done.I wouldn’t have an issue with this if she told me they don’t do appointments one the phone instead of leading me to believe that I did have one.

I was so impressed with the stylist ,Nora. It's the first time in my life I ever gave anybody a 30% tip. She is a very personable lovely person. I never met such a nice stylist before. She gave me good advice about how to take care of my hair. Also the benefit is that this is a not very expensive hair salon. And the wait time is very minimal..Service: Haircut
