I have to say Old Second in Palos is the best bank I’ve ever dealt with! I started going there because they had a coin counting machine and since then have opened multiple accounts. The people that work there are absolutely wonderful and personable, everyone knows you by your first name. Kaylee and Jessica are great! They’re a bank that makes you feel good walking into.

The staff is very helpful and look out for my best interest. The banker spent time explaining everything about my accounts in terms I could understand.

My good friend had a banking issue and she was helped by Veronica Avila who was extremely helpful with the issue. Veronica spent time (going above and beyond) to help my friend with the problem and offered her further assistance if needed . My friend and I were very impressed with her kindness and help.

I came in to the Palos Heights frantic about my electric being turned off and the team at old second bank immediately said it was a scam and helped me avoid paying money! I am so grateful for them being so helpful! They are awesome!
