“My girlfriend told me about Heather's Haus Florists name day where they picked a random name every day to give free flowers and my name happened so I went in to get my flowers and also check the place out since I have been looking for a small local florist for a while. This was really meant to be.
Penny was sooo nice to answer all of my questions since I am looking for a florist for all my friends birthdays, funeral services (sad) and get well flowers. I am at the age where lots of surgeries happen and unfortunately funeral as well. I wanted to ask about local deliveries and cost of flowers and Penny was so patient answering all my questions.
Heather's Haus Florist is located in a strip mall so there are plenty of parking. Flower deliveriee are FREE for Tinley Park deliveries and they have been in business for over 36 years! THIRTY SIX!!! The shop is super cute with not only flowers but the cutest HANDMADE gnomes made by Penny's mom. Pictures were not allowed which means you should go see the cutest gnomes for a great price for yourself. Lots of fun wreaths and other decorations so it is more than just flowers.
I think I just found my new florist shop and I will definitely be back with my son for a new decorative wreath and place some flower orders!

I have been a customer for 11 years now, and lately I have been a walk-in customer, choosing to make-my-own bouquet (a florist assembles, I point and choose what I would like). They always arrange everything so beautifully, even if what I like is atypical or a little weird. I love that they will do this for me, because hey— I like what I like!
Also, I find their flowers last longer than any bargain Jewel or Trader Joe’s ones I typically opt for, so the price is 💯 worth paying for the quality you get. Often mine last a month!

“One of the prettiest and true -to -picture flower arrangements I have ever sent. In addition, I really appreciated the ability to pick out a vase from a variety of styles to complement the recipients’ style and decor instead of the standard glass vase. The flowers themselves were beautiful, fresh, and artfully arranged. Also, I liked that I could select the time frame for when the flowers were to be delivered and the text with picture Ode a La Rose sent me in real time confirming time and place of delivery. Finally, the arrangement was fairly priced and looked luxe. All together an excellent customer/recipient experience. Highly recommend.”

Our original florist fell through & I searched the web for nearby florists with the best reviews & man did she live up the hype. I gave her a pretty vague idea of what i wanted “colorful wildflower vibe” & left the rest up to her. “I came in at the end of their day and needed a quick arrangement before they closed. Even though they were rushing to finish someone else's arrangement, they generously took my order. Gave them my budget, and free rein over flowers, colors, and style. They asked me to come back about a half-hour later, a few minutes before they closed.
I wasn't sure what they'd come up with on such short notice, with whatever they had left. What I came back to was a beautiful, cohesive arrangement with pinks and purples and just the right amount of greenery, lots of unique flowers and leaves, in a really cute mason jar. It was perfect for what I needed, and especially impressive under the time limitations.
I'll definitely be back...just with more warning next time.”
“Aug-2026 — I ordered flowers for my partner from overseas, and the whole process was incredibly easy! They even emailed me to clarify a few details, and the flowers were delivered just a few hours later.
The bouquet wasn’t exactly the same as the photo since it didn’t include the advertised tulips, but the florist did a great job maintaining the same color palette and overall look.
