Not enough cashiers and for the prices we pay should not have to self checkout.

Pharmacist May was very short and nasty tone. Maybe she needs more breaks in her day or maybe she need to find another job. Sick people don’t need someone with a nasty attitude causing undue stress because she hates her job which is evident by her lack of good customer service. She’s ruining the osco name, I will be taking my business to a company like CVS where at least people leave their stank attitudes at home.

Just as good as any other pharmacy

Though the inventory is pretty good and the fruit and vegetable section much improved, the personnel is uninterested, rude and certainly not eager to assist, with the exception of a few employees. Jewel clearly does not train its personnel. Improvement is needed!!!!!!!!!

Whichever person I spoke to about my daughter’s prescription was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to help me, she kept brushing me off and talking over me. It’s very frustrating when you need these medications in a timely manner for a young child. Very displeased.

My family has all their prescriptions there, everyone who works in the pharmacy is kind and helpful but one woman. I should mention her name but I won’t. I went there the other night to pickup a prescription for my dog. She was very rude and ignorant towards me because I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. She then threatened to withhold my meds next time if I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. Seriously thinking of transferring everything to Walgreens.

When I switched from Walgreens to Osco my life became so much easier. This osco is much easier to deal with. I love that you can collect stamps to get a 20% off your groceries coupon. The coupon always ends up paying for my scripts in savings.

Your store has gone down. The produce is horrible and the fruit is outdated and old. The shelves are empty. Nothing looks fresh. I remember when I used to go to the Jewel Grand Bazar on 54th and Pulaski it was a premiere store. Not any more. Jewel was considered a great store!!!

Prices aren't the best but cashier Emmy always has something nice to say, so it makes it worth it.

Cashiers do not wear masks in this unfriendly neighborhood pandemic.

Quick turnover on a very important prescription, not like Walgreens. Goodbye Walgreens you have lost touch with the consumers.

Do you toss your receipt after a shopping trip to this Jewel because you will need to return items that are expired, spoiled, moldy or damaged! I've experienced all of these that are mentioned! All shoppers should check expiration dates and examine their produce carefully before purchasing! If all shoppers bring any expired or damaged food items to the front desk, they may start to be more responsible! The best solution is to stop shopping here!

This place does not enforce Public Health safety guidelines. Most people in the store are mindful enough to wear a mask yet an employee did nothing about someone choughing and walking through the aisle. The customer actually asked an employee for directions on an item and the employee pointed the customer in my direction. The employee did not do anything or even suggest the customer put on a mask . Never going to shop here again. There is a pandemic goung on and I'm simply not going to do business with any place that would even entertain the notion that the science of virology should be upto someone's personal choice. Wear a mask!!

This jewel is just the saddest . The stores not dirty Its clean . They just have the worst customer service skills of any grocery store I 've been in . If you ask a question they all get bothered if they have to help you . It happens repeatedly .. they should call the entire store stockers . There is know one who wants help a customer.

Wait till ya'll hear about this place. Do not come here- go to ANY OTHER JEWEL, just not this one. Do you want something specific? They won't have it. Need something super common and basic? They're out of it. They're waiting till you buy the leftover garbage they chose to inventory. Ughhh so frustrating. THEN- oh yes it gets better!! I had a confrontation with some punk kid in the deli. So im asking for ham or something and the kid is visibly irritated already like just having a bad day, he keeps copping an attitude with me about how thin the meat could go. He declared, "that's as thin as it goes." (Really? Cuz I used to be a lunch lady and I also cut deli meat and I know very well you can order it smaller than a quarter inch thick!) Anyhow he was so irritated about this I just said FINE- ITS FINE. Then he again copped an attitude and proclaimed "are you sure cuz you don't look very sure"- in the rudest possible way. I was speechless. Im more than twice his age! Why is this kid talking to me like this? Over deli meat? I got so upset I asked him just to hurry up so I can get the hell out of there. Two weeks later(in spongebob narrator voice) I return to the notorious deli. The punk kid is also there- we lock eyes. He goes to some lady, they start clearly talking about me whispering. Looking up at me, talking some more. I said "WELL THAT WAS AWKWARD!" And the kid replied, "yea sorry I cant help you." Wow. So much for professionalism- good people skills, customer service. No one wanted a fight here kid, I just wanted to make a sandwich with meat cut thinner than a bible.
