My Experience With Kallemeyn Was A Wonderful Experience. From The Time I Walked In To Drop My Car Off To The Time I Picked My Car Up Everyone Was Awesome. Customer Service Was Excellent And My Car Turned Out Better Than I Expected. Thank You So Much To Everyone At Kallemeyn. If I Ever Need Any Auto Body Work Done On Any Of My Cars I Will Be Back.

Took my 2024 Equinox in due to hail damage Which was covered by state farm however There are.
Still 2 dings from hail damage on my car Which apparently went unnoticed when they released a vehicle to me.. If I was paying out a pocket for this I would be very highly upset although I am still upset about this Because they charged the insurance for the repairs on both quarter panels which is listed on the invoice Honestly I'm surprised they didn't notice this before releasing my vehicle to me. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Kat and Sofia However that doesn't hold any weight when the repair wasn't done a hundred percent correctly.

After being told NO by 2 other collision repair companies, we finally got a YES, we can do that - from Kallemeyn Auto Center. Worked seamlessly with our Insurance Company(State Farm). Easy Key drop off, completed within the agreed upon time frame. Work was beautiful. Even detailed and cleaned up the car upon pick up - which it needed, and was a pleasant surprise. Communication from start to finish with Damien and front desk ladies was impeccable from email, text, and phone calls. Made us feel valued as a customer, respected our time. Excellent work ethic that is hard to come by these days. Straight forward - common sense. Will be our go to for any future needs. Will recommend to everyone. Many Thanks!

In mid-January of 2024 we had an accident with our 2019 Ford F150 pickup truck. We live 200 miles away from the accident site and didn't know who to send our truck to for repairs in the Chicago suburban area. After some research, we selected Kellemeyn Auto Rebuilders in Palos Heights, and we couldn't be happier with our decision.
The repairs were extensive but not enough to be a total loss. During the repair process, the Kellemeyn customer service representative kept us updated on all the repairs. She was easy to talk to and easily reachable. After repairs were completed, I was impressed with Kellemeyn's Quality Control process to review all repairs. They even discovered a small crack in a vent which was not visible to the naked eye and was quickly repaired. The attention to detail and their professionalism gave us great confidence we could trust everyone at Kellemeyn. The truck runs great and is just like it was before the accident. I highly recommend using Kellemeyn Auto Repairs.

I couldn't be happier with Kallemeyn. They replaced the bumper on my car after getting rear ended and fixed a lot of unseen damage that was present once the bumper was removed. My car was completed 5 days earlier than anticipated and the workmanship was impeccable! I highly recommend Kallemeyn and shout out to Damian and the crew on a job well done!
