I absolutely love this place. Yvonne, the owner, is more like a family member than a clerk behind a counter. Everyone who walks through the door seems to know her, and even if you’re new, she treats you with the same warmth and friendliness. It’s rare to find a business where you feel genuinely welcomed every single time, but this is one of them.

“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”
“The UPS Orland Park location has an incredible team. Everyone goes above and beyond to be helpful and gets guests in and out quickly. I ship a lot during my work week, and I appreciate the kindness and support every time I come in.
The manager, Halie, always goes above and beyond. Last year I had emergency surgery, and she noticed my husband was coming in with my work packages. She sent a note home asking if she could help with anything while he was bringing in multiple boxes. Not only did she notice, but she truly helped streamline a stressful time by going the extra mile. She always greats me with a smile and a hello. This entire team is great.”

“I’ve had to come in here about 5 times in the last two weeks and the gentleman behind the counter has been absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”

“This has got to be the best UPS store that I have been to in years. Both the staff members were so incredibly helpful, patient, and very kind. They helped me get all my stuff situated and returned how it needed to be. Even with their computer system down and not scanning the QR codes correctly, they still manage to record and print out a ticket for my returns, which was so wonderful because there’s no way that I could bring it back to this location as I don’t live super close. Too bad all the UPS stores do not have employees like this such a pleasant experience.”
“I was in the store Tuesday morning. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short blonde hair and tattoos. She was wonderful! She was helping a gentleman who has a lot of packages. She asked him if she could help another customer while he was organizing. So she went to the other station and took care of the other customers. She was going between the gentleman and the other customers. There was a line of people, and she had them all taken care of quickly. I mentioned to her how wonderful she was and how she has such a good work ethic. She also said to the gentleman, “Do you have the young person discount card?” I thought it was so cute! I’ve never left a review before but she deserves to hear experience.”
