“I had a smaller project, my powder room, and needed wallpaper and installation with a really quick turnaround. I called Southtown Paint & Interiors and spoke with Casey who was absolutely amazing! I shared with him what I was looking for and the time frame for completion, he came through and then some, including hand delivering beautiful wallpaper samples in the middle of frigid weather. Through each step in the process Casey was responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. The wallpaper was installed beautifully and our installer, Alberto, was tidy, courteous and masterful at his craft! The powder room looks amazing…we will be repeat customers :-) All of that said, I highly recommend Southtown Paint & Interiors for your design needs, you won’t be sorry.”

“This store has to be number one when it comes to customer service.
Simply put I had picked up some bathroom paint for a client.
Upon inspection I came to the conclusion that paint won’t match existing walls.
I took my paints back all untainted and unopened. They made it happen very clear and clean understanding.
These guys and gals know their stuff and will never lead you in the wrong direction.
They have an appreciation for repeat business and make sure you feel it from the moment you walk in till you leave.
Pure excellence!!!”

“Absolute impeccable customer service. I came in today (Christmas Eve) at about 9:30AM. Jeanice helped me out with some questions on exterior stain. She even provided a sample on the board I had. I went home and showed my wife and she asked me to get a second larger sample. I showed back up at 11:58 (they closed at 12 noon on Christmas Eve) and Jeanice helped me yet again without hesitation. I started my day by going across the street to their competitor and quickly left as they were no help at all. Jeanice and Benjamin Moore saved the day. You just earned a customer! Great staff and great products! Merry Christmas!”
“Casey's is the hidden gem I found! They make keys perfect the 1st time. They have those little odds and ends you don't see at Menards or Home Depot and more knowledge than Home Depot! They rent some machines (sewer rodder etc) And I just discovered - they repair Lawnmowers and AC units. They did my lawnmower in a day and a half!! Great customer service too! Dave is a sweetheart!”
“Always a pleasure visiting Sherwin Williams in Homer Glen. Matthew was pleasant, professional and helped me with what I needed. Thank you for the excellent customer service.”
“Not paint related! Just a btw BUT it is people related
My mother's car has been giving her issues and stopped working I tried helping her by myself she's close to her 60s so I didn't expect her to be able to do much besides hit the break. So my last ditch effort I walked in the store and asked one of the employees if anyone was available to help us push our car into the nearby lot since I couldn't get it over a small hill / angle myself. Thank you to both the workers who were at there at the time / morning today and I asked her if the other employee could be asked to help me push. I've been to the store for paint every now and again but I was so relieved to get the help me and my mother appreciate it so much !”
“One stop shop.! Customer service is awesome. I got to the shop 6 minutes after they closed and I was still given service with a smile and friendly information. I believe the names were Mark and Lindsey (forgive me if I got those wrong), but they were genuinely welcoming and informed on paint. 5/5”

“Working with Aviante to pick out paint was honestly one of the easiest parts of the whole process. Choosing colors can feel overwhelming, but he made everything simple and stress-free from start to finish. He really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. His patience and attention to detail made a big difference, and I never felt rushed or unsure. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate how smooth he made the experience. Highly recommend Aviante and this location.”
“This is a great little hardware store at a very convenient location. While it's certainly no big box giant, it still has a surprisingly broad selection of items, and quite often saves us from having to drive to one of the larger hardware stores. The staff here are also friendly and helpful.”
“The Oak Forest location is definitely my go to! I typically go on Sunday’s it seems. From the minute I walk in the door to the time I walk out, the service from Jake is great!!”
“Had a great experience at this Sherwin Williams location. Natalia really took the time to explain the different kinds of paints and which paints work best for each job. I was confident that I got the right paints for the right job for the right price. This is the only place I go for paints and they never disappoint!”
“Locked my keys in my car. These guys helped me to get back in AND didn't want to charge me anything. I forced some cash in them (but not enough).
Still some great people in this world who don't stepping in and helping someone in a bind.
BIG THANKS!”
“I just called them this morning to ask about a product that I saw on their website. The product didn't have the option to buy now or put into the cart. They answered the phone, wrote down the product that I called about, and took my name & number & said that the boss will give me a call. I can tell that the people running this shop has integrity. I'll definitely purchase my products from them moving forward! Now I'm just waiting on a call from the boss lol.”

“We went to the Alsip store sooooo many times over a 3 month period for different color samples just trying to make decisions for cabinets and wall colors. No matter how many times we went in, they always treated us with patience and humor. The paint is first class and so are the employees.”
“Most definitely 5 stars Kim was amazing in helping me throw out choosing my colors and designs that will make a difference in the customer service way better than Evergreen and thank you Me Sean for the great Mangment and leadership.”
“Had a very good experience ordering and picking up at this store. The manager Chilo was extremely helpful and insightful for what type of paint I needed and loaded it into my car for me. 10/10 would recommend”
“As the owner of Brightside Painting, I’ve been coming to the Sherwin-Williams in Orland Hills for years. it’s my favorite place I use for paint. Molly has always gone above and beyond & easily the best manager I’ve worked with. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping. I’m a loyal customer for a reason and recommend this location to anyone in the trade.”
“I purchase all lot of materials from Sherwin-Williams. Been to a few locations. BUT!!! Ms. Kate has been the most helpful, kind, and respectful sale woman of the year. I felt truly grateful doing business with her. 5/5”
“I was so impressed with the woman behind the counter. I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond and made sure I got the paint that matched with the contractor had put in the house that I just bought. Perfect match might I add! And at a great price!”
“We seem to get lucky and are able to find a great deal in the clearance section at this location. We found a 12 foot long countertop that was originally $210 for $40. Although the people are no where near as knowledgeable as those at Ace, there friendly and are usually able to find someone who knows the answer.”
