They auto signed me up for a car wash membership. I tried to cancel and refund my money after they charged me the following month but their phone number is straight to voicemail where the voicemail is full. Another phone number for them hangs up after 3 rings.
Like pulling teeth with these people. I filed a dispute with my card company.

What can I say about a car wash? Well, it's clean. Every time I've gone to this place, there hasn't been a long line. They've also added nice, clean towels and glass cleaner for use. Their floor mats machine doesn't work, or they don't have it hooked up to water. I tried using it, and water never came out. Other than that, it's a good place to wash your car.

Went for 1 8.00 car wash and they put my credit card on auto pay without even asking if I wanted it. Credit card got charged 19.95 this month.

Not happy at all with their BILLING. I joined for the monthly rate of $19.99 and then the next payment they took out $32. something at the Palos Heights Illinois location. When u call YOU can't talk to a person which is baloney. Trying to get this corrected and it's still not resolved. At my 2nd visit there, I was in a line for the in Membership line and probably 4 cars ahead of me then I get to the gate AND a NON - membership card goes thru after I was waiting. I PROBABLY just should cancel ❌ though I want this resolved..... They deducted too much money 💰 AND I am not getting thru to them. Hopefully this will be seen AND correction AND credit will happen. I am out of town AND will hope it's resolved soon . I will drive over was back in town. The car wash was fine BUT billing and non-members going prior me waiting is not acceptable. I did row my window down and said to tenant that I am on my lunch break and I am not happy to wait in line then wait for a non member.
There are many other car washes that I can join but for convenience close to my work, I chose this place ---- we shall see.

On January 26, I visited the carwash and had my license plate bracket cracked during the wash. I immediately reported the incident, only to have the claims department reject my report. The direct manager then mentioned that he had spoken with his area manager about replacing the part.
Before they could even order a replacement, I took matters into my own hands. On January 27, I visited the local Jeep dealership in Oaklawn, purchased a brand new OEM license plate bracket for $130, and personally installed it.
Then on February 5, 2025, the manager called me and explained that while the claims department had declined my report, both he and the area manager wanted to rectify the situation and “make it right.” On February 10, I spoke with the manager—who I’ll leave anonymous out of courtesy—and informed him that I had already bought and installed a new bracket. He responded by saying they had bought one for me and asked that I send a picture of my receipt. Finally, on February 13, 2025, he left a voicemail stating that the area manager was proposing a 50/50 split for the cost.
Frankly, I find it hard to believe they were able to source an OEM bracket for significantly less than I paid. While I love finding deals online and waiting for delivery, life doesn’t stop—and I needed the bracket promptly to avoid getting ticketed.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating. When damage occurs, the responsible party should fix it properly—not minimize it with half-measures. I could care less about the free couple months of top tier car washes, on top of how little they were going to pay me. I’m no longer a customer, and I cannot recommend this carwash to anyone who values quality service and accountability.
As of this week, 2/17/25 I’ve called twice, left voicemails, and no response.

Never subscribe to their car wash service. I let them know a month before I canceled that I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was tired of their equipment never being able to read the sticker in my window. I would sit in the members line while everyone in the other line went before me one too many times. The attendant came over and asked if I changed credit cards because my card couldn’t be charged. I looked at my statement and my card had already been charged! I requested my money back via email 5 times during the month and the response received was that they would lower the price. I declined and requested a refund again and the next response was we will cancel just get car washes until the end of the term. I declined and requested my money back again. Never heard anything. Requested again and crickets. Don’t trust them! I was a subscriber since they opened. My back window was never fully cleaned either. This place is ridiculous! I don’t recommend!!They are thieves!!
After reading the response from the company that stated they never received any emails from me I emailed them again at their customer service email and asked them what email I should use. Still waiting for a response. If I get none I will post all of the emails here. Ridiculous!!

I love this car wash. It is the best one around and the prices are reasonable and the customer service is absolutely excellent. You’d be crazy not to go here.
