Horrible. Multiple days that they couldn't dose due to no staff. Employees were like bums

It is the cleanest clinic in the south side and the staff is nice especially Don and the females that give people their dose are very nice. Expect the guy at the window where you sign in he is rude and prejudice him and the owner are all about the money they don’t care about the people at all I was told I had to buy a lock box but I didn’t get a chance to get one and the guy at the window said will rent you one for ten dollars the lock box he rented me didn’t even have a key to lock it and the lock box literally cost about 3 to 5 dollars and they charged me 10$ just to rent it for two days so Monday I will be going back just to give them their lock box and I’m done with that clinic. All the clinic does is replace your addiction with another and a even worse drug methadone! which gets in your bones, and it should only be given for 3-4 days tops so if anybody wants to get clean I recommend st. Anthony’s on 19th and California they put you on methadone and keep you for 3 to 4 days tops slowly weaning you down and you’ll come out feeling way better. methadone clinics are just money hungry legal drug dealers they should not be charging for drug test nor an admission fee of 45$.

If you mind your business, do what you have to do... I have 0 complaints. It's the cleanest clinic on the south side and the ones giving a low star rate are the ones still using that never grew up. Simple as that.

I'm glad I saw the reviews on this place I was going to transfer here from another clinic.I was told they accepted Medicaid and it should cover everything where I shouldn't be charged then I read the reviews that drug tests aren't covered 150 also a 45 dollar sign up fee never had to pay that at any clinic your insurance should cover everything they need to sell that lie to someone else I've been on methadone for quite a few years and going back over ten years or more all fees are covered by Medicare, County Care etc.I'm not trying to go from a clinic where most everything is ok to a nightmareI went through that at a similar clinic in Maywood where the rules changed week to week and they were always kicking people out for one reason or another.I can see by the owners response to ex employee that he seems very childish and temper mental, also who ever I spoke with when I called to get information sounded either high or very tired if that's how you answer the phone something is very wrong it made me research this location and thank God for Google reviews.

This place is a dump, they’re extremely rude and prejudice towards Caucasians…People are trying to change their lives and end up having to deal with this slum…There’s a much better clinic directly across the street that actually treats their patients as human beings. And not walking credit cards..

Wile I was going here I seen things and I was subjected to things that were just terrible. I remember quite well the having to back date one on one consoluor sessions that never took place. And when I said I don't think this is rite I was told if I don't I could leave not be dosed for that day and kicked out of the program . More like extortion. I seen many many times where a patient was like two dollars short or five dollars short and told well if you dint have the full amount . You can't get tour meds or they would dose them for that day but if they didn't have that two dollars by the next day then no take home bottle for Sunday . The Dictaor of the clinic would make people or his employees address him as Dr .Bramlett I refused He has a PHD in Theology I thought that was Ironic I never seen a grain of compassion from that guy . Every person who I ever met that had some kind of interaction with him be it former neighbors or ex employees or patients all had one thing in common when his name came up . J*** .
