Absolutely horrible customer service. First off, one employee sold me the wrong paint for my project. I went back to return it and a different employee (Callum?) was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending and actually dropped the F bomb multiple times! I have spent so much money here over the years, supporting local, but will never return.

What an incredible experience!! Very happy I decided to stop in this location. Mike was great very professional and helpful. Was having a hard time deciding what paint would work in my house but mike made great suggestions and all looked great.

Paint is to expensive compared to Benjamin Moore. 113 per gallon for there best paint is crazy.

This place used to be great. Recently went in there and was "welcomed" by a new female staff member practically shouting her radical leftist political ideals at an employee I've seen there before. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her

I love the staff here! I am a frequent return customer of this location at 119th and Harlem , Palos Heights . The staff couldn't be nicer and more knowledgeable ! Mike, the store manager is top notch! I plan on using this store for the life of our rehab and then some. Way to go staff! Also, if you need a color match, they can do it precisely , even if you only have the item and not the paint ! Thanks for your ever positive vibe and great selections and customer service! I highly recommend this store

Such a helpful staff at this store. I am currently doing a big home renovation due to being home from Covid. I was super overwhelmed with the amount of options and colors that I was thinking. Ana, the stores assistant manager, really helped me find exactly what I needed. I am so grateful for all the help I got and I will be using the store as my paint store in the future, for sure!

Should go to Benjamin Moore, they’ll treat you better as a pro customer, but if u do go here they don’t have paint samples only crapy overpriced peel and stick stickers that they won’t allow you to return unused. Btw they just opened up a Benjamin Moore store Dow the street.

Three weeks ago I left wooden board to match the stain color. They have told me that this will take 10 days. After 3 weeks I came in to check on it and found out that they haven’t even touched the board.
