“I have been bringing my dog and cats to Dr. Dahl for about 10 yrs and Iove the kind, compassionate people that work there especially when you have to make the difficult decision to send your family member to heaven which I made that decision for my 21 yr old cat this past June. Dr. Dahl listens and answers all your questions so you know what's going on with your pet. Dr. Dahl is a wonderful vet as are her people. Highly recommend!”

“BRING YOUR FURBABIES HERE!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank the doctors enough. My baby found a mouse poison block. I was frantic. I called my regular vet and they could not get us in...which did not sit well with me. They actually told me to bring my dog to premier... That was not an option to me.
I called Midlothian Animal Hospital and not only did they tell me what to do over the phone, but said I can bring my baby right now.
No computers, no ridiculous tests, no calling animal control, just a straight treatment and a lot of reassurance!!!!!!!!!!

“Excellent veterinary clinic, advice, knowledge, and care. If you care about your furry family members, this is the place to take them. Just had my two new dogs spayed and neutered, both are healing nicely and the process went without a hitch. Only issue was that my boy wasn't a fan of finding out before the scheduled appointment that he only had 48 hours left to check his nuts. I told him, "hey buddy, you have 48 hours left." He kept the same expression for almost 5 minutes. 99% sure he completely understood me and was trying to process it. Thankfully both are healing up and healthy.”

“We were running out of test strips for our diabetic cat and where we ordered from would not deliver till Monday. We have a cat that is 16 years old and diabetic for 7 of them. VCA was listed as having the test strips in stock. We called and a wonderful, sweet, kind lady named Elle understood my problem. She talked to the Tec and was able to sell the test strips. I have spent 2 days calling and going from place to place to try and get these. I have been in customer service for 40 years and Elle is an exception. She goes above and beyond to help a stranger and now a future customer. We cannot thank her enough because her service made such a huge difference. “Five stars isn't enough for the compassion and professionalism shown by Palos Animal Hospital staff. I was in a desperate situation: I had just been released from the hospital and the same day my dog’s health had declined and she needed end of life care. I called 10 local veterinary offices and was turned down by each and every one including by my own veterinary office that I have been going to for a few years. When my own vet wouldn't see me, this office stepped up and squeezed me in without hesitation. Despite being a new client, they treated me and my dog with the utmost dignity, compassion, and urgency. Their willingness to help during such a vulnerable moment meant the world to me. Thank you to Angelyse, staff and Dr. Joel Mills for being there when we needed it most.
