The ladies that work there always have an attitude specially when it comes to coupons. They always claim they don’t know the deals even the managers told me the same answer were they should know if they don’t it’s because they are not doing their job as managers to inform the rest of their team members.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy location. Having worked as a Practice Administrator for doctors I understand that most people don't understand their own insurance and blame the pharmacy staff. They can't do anymore than the insurance tells them at that time. Patients need to call their insurance companies or doctors. The pharmacy has no time to make multiple calls for every patient, but they will do what they can.My prescriptions kept coming back as non covered. I call BCBS and was told that BCBS themselves failed to update my file and had to do a manual update. Waited on the phone for about 15 minutes while the BCBS rep updated my file with the effective date. Now all my presceiptions go right through. I encourage patients to call their insurance to find out the real issue. It is rarely ever the pharmacy.More often the doctor and sometimes the insurance company. Do it this way and make your life easier. I worked in medical management a large part of my career. Good luck everyone.

I met with your sales person “Carolyn” she was fantastic. She was sooo calm waiting on me. Very very knowledgeable, I was a service manager for 50+ years and I can tell you she is a keeper, I would not let her go if I was you. I got lucky to have her help me.From Bob Crokenower in Crestwood.FYI- I have a Walgreens closer to me but I will be shopping only at your store.

Taking your time using the restroom is fine, but a male employee taking an hour to use the bathroom is ridiculous

Don’t know who the old manager is, but saw and hear him belittling an employee who has always given me great service. Sad to see the store have a constant turnover but no wonder why.

This review is for pharmacy in palos heights 127 Ridgeland. 5-6 days waiting for my prescription to be filled which is absurd. If out of stock they wait 4 days to order it, instead of ordering it that day or next. I won't be going back there again. This is 3rd time in row waiting this long.

The Walgreens on 126th Ridgeland Beauty consultant named Nadeen was so so helpful. Everything she directed me to between mascara, or the color of foundation or makeup tips was helpful, along with saving me money with coupons. Shes your go-to girl

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. Must be a requirement on the resume when hired to be rude.

We r new to the Palos area. We r willing to go out of our way to work with this particular Walgreens. Our experience is they are efficient and knowledgeable. Trying their best to hit all points of quality, safe service within s culture of kindness. We appreciate their being there for us.Thank you.

I`m not sure where to start as I`m in this store just about every day. There needs to be a change in management because this is the most poorly managed store in the south suburban area. They always run out of items and restocking takes forever even if they have the items available in back. This morning two front registers were down and the line was long enough to parade out of the door. Enough sale items are never ordered, they run out either the day of the sale or the next day. Popular items are either never reordered or never restocked, it is frustrating to have to drive to another neighborhood to shop. FRUSTRATED!

The pharmacy staff has always been very helpful. Willing to explain and assist. The lady who administered Covid testing for me and my little kids was so nice, patient and supportive! Thank you.

Avoid this pharmacy. I received my 2nd Covid vaccine from an incompetent pharmacy technician. She nicked a bone in my arm by injecting me too high & deep near my shoulder. I called my regular dr immediately after my appointment at Walgreens as I was in extreme pain and it is my Dr’s opinion that the person who gave me the injection did not know what they were doing. My advise is to make sure the Pharmacist at the pharmacy you choose Is the one actually giving the vaccines. My first dose was given by the pharmacist with no issues.

It’s a standard Walgreen with better than the average Walgreen stuff. They’re a bit understaff and the pharmacist are sometimes a bit slow but overall a good place.
