hello, I was in the ace hardware in Palos Hills
Saturday 08-31-24 morning getting some stainless steel screws for my License Plates. And I met the nicest Gentlemen who helped me with the screws and he offered to put the License plates on for me right their in the parking Lot. l am so Thankful to this nice gentlemen!! Thank You!!! Thank You!! You are so lucky to have him working for you!! He should have a raise!! Thank God their are still nice people out their willing to help people!! Thank you !! Patty

You can actually find a good selection of almost everything you need here. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I just wish it was a bit closer to home.

I always forget that they don't allow backpacks. That is annoying but I do understand. The cashiers are not NOT friendly, but they also aren't actually friendly. They aren't RUDE but it's obvious they just couldn't care less. It's like they will help you but you have to go look for someone to help and there's a sense that you're taking them away from something more important. Everything is veryyyy expensive. But you can find some good deals. I like it, but I dont go there for the chatty customer service if you know what I mean. It's in and out.

Great location for them, but customer service was not all that great. Some associates looked at you, turned away, and kept doing what restocking they were doing. It takes a few seconds to ask you" if you need help."

Chris the manager straight up doesn’t deserve the position. There’s another employee in the store both are rude. This store needs new employees or to shut down completely because of employees they got now. DON’T COME HERE!!!! AVOID AS MUSH AS YOU CAN! GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS!
