The man claimed that the visitor's permit had to be in the front windshield but I've parked in the visitors area at this complex numerous times and put the permit in the rear windshield with no issues. The only logical options are he either was really terrible at his job for the past 2 years or someone hit his ego too hard earlier in the day so he felt like taking it out on someone else. I had the plate and permit visible with no tints. I've done it the exact same way I always have for the past 2 years and all of sudden "That's always been the rule."? I would understand if this was the first time I've stayed in this complex but it's not. If this truly was the rule, I would have gotten towed a long time ago.Part 2- since I can't reply to replies. You just have been terrible at your job for the past two years then if I haven't been towed this entire time.

Being a new driver and my car breaking down on me for the first time was a scary experience but i knew it would be fine because the people who work here make you feel like family and know that you and your car are in good hands. I definitely reccomend calling them if you need a tow or mechanic repairs.

Alpha Carrier Experts, really professional people. They have towed my car from Green Tree Apartments after living there for a year from my own parking spot. The guy was very polite and explained me that I had sunshade on my windshield and they couldn’t see the tag from the side windows even though the car has no tint. There was no scratches on my car and they charged me 240$ to get my car.

I've been going to Alpha Carrier Experts for a couple years now for oil changes and various repairs. I'm so glad to have found an honest and reliable mechanic so close by. Mike and his crew are very friendly, professional, and explain everything clearly. They've also saved me a lot of money compared to quotes I've gotten from other places. Highly recommended.

I went to Alpha Carrier's because I needed front brakes and pads. I dropped my car off at 9:30 am and received a call from Mike at 10:00 am. He confirmed that I needed front brakes and had the job done by 12:30! I am extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend Alpha Carrier's for any of your car needs! My whole Family goes here, because they are Super nice and very reasonably priced! I give Alpha Carrier's a "10" rating!!!

The best towing company very honest, and top notch mechanic workers. I broke down 645 am called them and they still took the Xtra mile to come and help me they also did repairs on my truck with great prices. I will always call them for any of my car needs .

Best mechanic hands down. Mike and his crew are always honest and quick when working on my car. I never doubt that my car isn’t getting the best service when I take it in. They always treat you like family. I love how Mike will go through all repairs in detail with you and break everything down A.C.E. is always on call. There has been a couple times I needed an emergency tow and they were there quickly help me.

I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The Check Engine light came on & I have a handheld code reader that tells you the issue. I was able to clear the code & went for my emissions test. Naturally, it failed. I asked around for a mechanic that specializes in diagnostics/computers. I was told by everyone that I would have to take it to the dealership. Then I got Alpha Carrier Experts as a suggestion. I called & spoke with Mike Haleen and he was able to tell me what was happening and why. He assured me that it was something they could take care of. The day I was supposed to take it out to their business, the truck wouldn't start at all. I called Mike to tell him I wouldn't be bringing it out that day after all. He arranged for a flatbed tow truck to pick it up the next morning. Within hours of my truck arriving at Alpha Carrier Experts, Mike called with the issue pinpointed. Naturally I said to go ahead & perform the work. He ordered the parts & said it might be a few days before they arrive. The next day, out of the blue, I got a text with a picture of the emissions test on my truck saying it passed. They got the parts earlier than expected, put them on the vehicle & took it themselves to the emissions to make sure of their work. I could not be more impressed with this. The communication was excellent, the work was excellent & the professionalism far greater than anything I have experienced before in regards to any vehicle I have owned before. I live on the far Northwest side of Chicago & will happily take any vehicle my wife or I own to Alpha Carrier Experts for any & all services. Well worth the drive for peace of mind. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, etc. However you rate a business, they get the highest rating from me.

My car was acting up so I took it to Alpha Carrier after many of my friends recommended them. Mike and Jay ran a thorough diagnostic and pin pointed the problem and communicated with me quickly what the issues were. After the consultation they offered how to remedy and were upfront with the cost. I appreciated their professionalism. Thank you Alpha Carrier! You guys are definitely experts! Colleen
