I called on Monday to ask when I can come to have 2 tires installed, but not to wait. they told me on wednesday morning and that's when I arrived, to which I was told that they only do Drop-off and that they don't know who gave me the initial information. I am very disappointed

These guys are great got a recommendation through a guy I watch on YouTube and called them up, they were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable as to the issues I had on my srt jeep the process was very fast and pricing was great in my opinion, highly recommend them💯💪🏽💙gonna bring them my bmws soon as well !!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Jim and Mike and the rest of the gang are AWESOME! FANTASTIC WORK!! My Lincoln needed intensive repair...was sitting for a few months as well....and the reason it was sitting was from what I was told by the dealer, Rizza...(RIP OFF CENTRAL)....PEP BOYS and 2 other spots that it would be SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix...I am So glad I called Highline!! No nonsense, HONEST PRICING, they saved me over a grand!! And my Lincoln is purring like a kitten again!!! If your vehicle is in need of repair, CALL Jim or Mike at Highline in PALOS...you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

This is the place where you want to take your car in for repairs; big or small they will get it done properly the first time! I have been bringing my own cars & my family’s cars here over the past 8 years and never had a problem with repairs and prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. Not only are Jim & Mike extremely knowledgable in what they do but their work ethic is phenomenal. They are very friendly and always aim for top notch customer satisfaction. These days it’s very difficult to find an honest mechanic like Jim & Mike. Above all, I’m thankful for the peace of mind knowing I’m doing business with honest and knowledgeable staff at this establishment. 100/100!

Brought my accord in his morning for repairs. Mike was great cost was reasonable. I will go back for all my car needs in the future⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’ve had Jim also they are great!

Jim and Mike are awesome! I've been in the automotive industry my entire life and actively avoid taking my vehicle in to get serviced due to constant bad experiences with shops (dealerships are some of the worst fyi)
They shoot it straight, are passionate about what they do, and provide service with a smile. I'm excited to spend less time on my garage floor doing basic repairs myself knowing I can trust the professionals at Highline Automotive to do it right the first time around.

I was reminded yet again why I bring all my cars to Jim. He's always there when your car eventually breaks. My wife's window regulator went out around lunch time Friday. So I called Jim and he was able to squeeze me in before the end of the day! Also saved me money which is always great. I was just happy to get the car back before our weekend trip! I'll continue to bring mine and my families cars. Thanks for the assist Jim!

I called today to see if they could look at my suv and the man who answered was so incredibly kind and asked what was going on. I told him and he said what he thought was the problem. It was a simple fix that I was able to do on my own! I will be taking my suv in when it needs work done! So grateful for your help!!

Been coming to this shop since around 2016 and always have had a positive experience. As a car enthusiast who like to switch out cars and drive them to their potential Jim and the crew always has been able to meet my needs. From starting out with making my Nissan a track ready car to bringing in my BMW and helping with my go fast parts and always managing to beat the book time BMW would quote. If you want the job done right this is the spot.

I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was very educated on the phone and guided me to what the issue could be. The needy morning I took my car in and spoke with Mike who was just a knowledgeable. Mike was able to get me back up and rolling within HOURS! He was nice, friendly, and wasn’t trying to rob me of my pockets. I recommend this shop to ANYONE who is looking for a reasonable, educated, knowledgeable mechanic. Mike and Jim will get the job done! It’s a relief to have a new mechanic shop in my area! I will be going back in the near future to get more work done! I recently took my car here and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service I received. The cost was exorbitantly high for the quality of work performed. I expected a professional job, but instead, I was left with a vehicle that still exhibits the same issues I initially brought it in for.
After spending a considerable amount of money, I expected a reliable repair, but what I got was far from acceptable.
I will never return to this shop, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money; look elsewhere for car repairs.
