This store is a joke. Not only they sell used phones as new phones and AT the new phone prices, but they also over charge on most items. They have added fees that is unheard of. For example, a whopping $25 activation fee when you simply upgrade your phone. Very limited inventory on cases makes the shopping experience a lame one. Dont be fooled by the smooth voice of the Quran playing in the back ground, after all, it seems to be another sales trick to gain your trust and have their way to your sweet little wallet. While you can negotiate your way to a comfortable medium, the pure intention to treat you humanily at this phone store is simply not there. Be prepared to get conned.

Went to this Metro for the first time since being a customer. I usually went to Crestwood or the one in Oak Lawn when it was open but seen the reviews on this one and my experience was awesome. The guy working their set me up with a new phone and was able to transfer all my stuff over to my new phone with no problems. I definitely recommend this Metro for the service and hospitality.

I walked in because I had an issue with my device. I was very impressed at how Sonia was able to fix the issue. She took the time to explain what she did and took the time to write it down for me step by step. I highly recommend this location ! ?
