This branch doesn’t pick up the phone. I scheduled an appointment for a phone call with a banker. No one bothered to call or even email me.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This bank is extremely unprofessional and money has gone missing in my account multiple times with zero efforts to fix it. Will be switching back to chase bank.

Honestly having someone sitting up front just to say hi is frustrating with one teller and a line 10 people back. People say what they need, and he points them to the line. ??♀️.Just hide him in the office so people aren’t looking at the person doing nothing. Or put him at a desk with no one else like the other 2 so it at least makes it looks like he has a purpose.

This bank is just fine. I don't speak Polish and I don't look Polish but I always get good customer service here. The employees are friendly and sweet and I think these other reviewers are just a bunch of bigots. PNC happens to have a Polish clientele (it's been that way for years and years) and if that bothers you, there are plenty of other Banks you can go to.

Came to deposit a company check at 6:02 PM, I work for a small business that lives check to check. This week depended on getting the check deposited and they locked the doors and wouldn’t even hear me speak. 2 minutes after close. Absolutely ridiculous. And absolutely full of privileged individuals that wouldn’t stay an extra minute after they are off. Thanks! Hope you all see this and remember how you shut the door in my face!

Worst customer service i have ever seen in this bank i waited almost 40 minutes no one came to us to talk even there was only 1 customer and people who were coming after us they were going without check inI have personal and business account thinking to change my bank we left bank without getting help their behavior was very rude by looking their faces

I went into this location to meet with a banker/bank rep. They were busy I left my name and number with someone they said they would call and schedule an appointment, that was last week they have not called. I called myself to schedule an appointment only to be on hold for over 15 mins on each of the two calls I placed no one answered.

Waited an hour for something that should’ve been resolved in 10 minutes. If you’re not polish then do not go to this bank! The women in the front spoke very very little English as well as the other bank tellers. I’ve never seen such disregard for their customers waiting. An older women in her 80’s had been waiting for over 30 minutes when I got there. There was no sense of urgency to help anyone. Like I said it’s primarily for the polish community and for no one else. Just terrible. Went to the PNC in countryside and was helped immediately. I feel so bad for the older woman…. I should’ve taken her with me. GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH as your front desk employee!

The worse feeling a human can feel walking into any business.If you do not speak polish or look polish. Do not bother coming in here. They will over look you and even greet people in polish but only in polish right in front of your face like if you were Invisible. I literally sat down scan for my appointment and watch the lady help everyone that speak polish but didn’t even greet others that didn’t look polish.I wish I can give a negative star!Great job on diversity PNC!
