Scenic Tree Apartments is a very nice, peaceful, and well-kept complex. The maintenance team is excellent at filling requests. The office staff is described as nice and helpful. However, a prospective resident reported difficulty contacting the office for a viewing, finding no one available on a weekend. Parking regulations are strict; residents must park only in resident slots, and vehicles in visitor spots require a visitor sticker to avoid towing. While some find the rules simple to follow, parking spots are noted to be limited. Overall, residents describe an easy and quiet living experience at the apartments.
Someone came to clean my furniture, was displaying the visitor card and was parked at the visitor parking yet , got his car towing the towing company stated that the card was not that visible which is crab I hate this place and I can't wait for my contacts to end. I will be moving

Renters beware!!! I Have been renting here since February and there has been a leak every month in the bathroom. The ceiling always is leaking and they keep giving me the run around. Don’t rent here.

If i could give this complex a negative i would ! They apartments are ok but not up to date. Also they have the worst tow company. The tow company tows your car for any reason or no reason at all. Its very ridiculous and they charge $240 for them towing your car. Someone needs to call the BBB on them
