Scenic Tree Apartments is a very nice, peaceful, and well-kept complex. The maintenance team is excellent at filling requests. The office staff is described as nice and helpful. However, a prospective resident reported difficulty contacting the office for a viewing, finding no one available on a weekend. Parking regulations are strict; residents must park only in resident slots, and vehicles in visitor spots require a visitor sticker to avoid towing. While some find the rules simple to follow, parking spots are noted to be limited. Overall, residents describe an easy and quiet living experience at the apartments.
They work with an extremely predatory towing company. Save yourself the trouble because the apartments themselves aren’t worth moving into for all the money they steal from you from their purposefully ridiculous parking rules.

Someone came to clean my furniture, was displaying the visitor card and was parked at the visitor parking yet , got his car towing the towing company stated that the card was not that visible which is crab I hate this place and I can't wait for my contacts to end. I will be moving
