Another Print Shop, told me the Embroidery was too complex and could not be done. The Plug not only added to my design for me but also was able to recreate every detail of it via Embroidery. “I was in the store using the self service printer when I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Manager Sunni and employee Ethan. The customer was very rude and upset after deleting her own emails. She wanted someone to blame for her own doing. Manager Sunni and employee Ethan went above and beyond to help the customer to no avail. The customer at one point demanded to see Manager Sunni’s phone to browse her personal email! In the end Manager Sunni and employee Ethan did a phenomenal job at being professional. I always come to this location because I am always helped when needed and able to print documents with no issue. Thank you for all of your staff for being professional, helpful and kind.”
