  Ive been going here since place opened.. Used to love the place..Now its a joke aside From Michelle and Joe everyone left..Ive shared my cancer storys for 2 years ..i been at my job 37 years. Came in today Cici throwing food out im ok can i get them for my dog no bun no anything? Nope 5 bucks for 2 hot dogs no buns ok no worries i was so upset i left without getting gas..I know sounds silly..im there every day never asked for anything except tonight no bun discount lol ..wont ever return..Never asked for anything stuff was goin in garbage and all i wanted was a no bun discount dont worry i paid the 5 buxs..Corporate look into the customer service by your management..Not your employees

  Would not let us use their restroom because they just cleaned it and it has to dry. You just lose our business.

  The manager the short lady with black hair was so rude to one of the customer and made me feel uncomfortable. It was very hostile and was rude to even her employees. I wish I could give half a star.

  My car dealer told me why your emisson light came on do not buy cheap gas. It will ruin your motor. :(

  The attendant was really good and very pleasant to deal with. My problem was that the pump refused to allow my payment card to work wirelessly, and then when I inserted the card, it said I had to pay inside. This is not the first time this has happened at this Thorntons. The attendant verified that those wireless pads mostly don't work.
  While the attendant was pleasant to deal with, I still didn't want to have to go inside.

  A big thanks to Maria who took the time today to teach my daughter (currently in the HS driver's Ed program) how to pump gas! She went over everything including personal safety at the pump! What a wonderful thing to do for the young people in our community... you're a GEM!!

  I stopped by today to buy an ice coffee, only 1 of 3 ice machines had ice. No lids for ice coffee , I refilled my ice coffee about 2 ounces (while waiting for someone to find lids) and an employee woman with glasses and a mustache started going off on a rant on how I can’t refill my ice coffee (I didn’t know ) and how I’m not being fair.
  
  Please be aware of the glasses & mustache lady and don’t refill any beverage or else.

  I called the store to ask about the price for the cigarette. The lady that picked up the call straight up just said “we dont give pricing through the phone” and just hang up the call before giving me a chance to speak. Such a bad costumer service.
