“JM Towing was very quick to respond, professional and reasonably priced. I called so many tow companies that were close to my location and they were still price gouging for less than 5 miles. I believe I spoke with Miguel but Sergio is the person who towed my Chevy Cruze! They were both great! I will always call JM Towing first! They were very accommodating and kept contact with me on the ETA because when I first called today they were available but I had to wait to confirm my drop off with my mechanic. They got booked for another tow before I could reach back out but updated me on the ETA while I was waiting and when they were a couple minutes away. JM Towing was patient and made everything easy for me. They are honest and trustworthy. They dropped my car to my mechanic in the alley as requested and gave them the key. My car was safely transported with no issues. JM towing sent me a photo of my car in a text when done! Amazing customer service I am very satisfied as a first time customer. On a more personal note. My accident was pretty mentally traumatizing. Being that is happened on the express and involved a delivery truck. As can imagine I was pretty shook up. But, I cannot say enough about Ryan. She was patient and very informative. Joked with me and I could tell really cared about my ordeal. Every week I called in she never seemed annoyed and made me feel my car was at the right place with the right people. Bob also was equally conversational when I picked up my car. As well as, passed along the rest assurance that if anything came up and it was from the accident to just let them know.

This is coming from a 25-year-old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and had to deal with an insurance claim for the first time ever after someone hit me and wrecked the favorite thing I own. I was terribly overwhelmed at first and had no idea what I was supposed to do, but once I was in contact with Tony, his team handled everything for me. “Last night my husband had a late flight, on my way to pick him up from the airport my van started acting weird and then wouldn’t accelerate. It was dark, and it was scary being alone on the highway. After calling my insurance they said it would be between 3-4 hours before a tow could get to me. I called A & N towing and Ahmad was to my rescue in ten minutes. He was very polite, and helpful and made a scary situation a decent one. Would 10/10 recommend them again!!”

“Mr. David came to my stressful rescue in the nick-of-time; when I experienced a dreadful left-bebind episode with a previous Tow Company that sent a driver by the name of Alberto with phone #773-797-××××. I called a provider for Roadside assistance, because my vehicle malfunctioned, while I was on the highway/outterdrive & my vehicle was unsafe to drive any further. When the driver arrived, he told me that he came to get the vehicle & not me. The driver also told me to to get my own ride home. When I started to call the provider to see what happened, Alberto jumped back his truck & stated that he had other pick ups to get & drove off. I was left Stranded, until Mr. David, from CD Plus M & M Towing, came and made it possible for me to receive High Quality Tow Service & Safe passage home! “So thought wait time would be long it was shorter than expected but all tow companies seem to take long so it was a nice surprise. I did have an officer to talk to to pass the time so that might have helped. Nice young polite man arrived. He tried to jump my old old old car. His cables did not work but he had a enough humility to use mine, after his portable charger did not work as well. Eventually we got it running after about 15 minutes of team work. ha As I was saying thank you and good bye he said do you use Google so I could write a review. I thought how old do you think I am. haha Needless to say my insurance covered the bill and my wife arrived with our van and could have jumped me but it was nice to have a back if that did not pan out. “I ALSO hit a pothole on I-57 (southbound exit off 1-80 going east) that took out two of my tires and bent one rim. Pulled my car right behind a Legend Towing driver who was loading *another* driver who had lost his tire to the same pothole! His tow driver called for another truck to come an get my car, and said it would only be 10 minutes, and it was. My Legend Towing driver picked up my flashing safety devices that I put out, which was nice as I wasn’t even thinking about them. Driver was very nice and calming on the ride to Discount Tires in Matteson, which is what I needed.”

“I took my 2011 Ford Edge here because ABS and brake system lights came on. They were able to find out that the sensors went out, but nobody has the part! They said there's one in Hawaii, and one in Puerto Rico! The mechanic said he will keep searching for me through junk yards and such. He did assure me that my brakes are fine, it's just the sensors that trigger the malfunction alert. They were so very helpful, and super friendly. All he charged me for was fixing a leaky tire! I will definitely bring back my car for other future repairs. Highly recommend them!”
