“I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and affordable towing! Migual was very nice, he helped me in the pouring rain when my engine blew. Most tow trucks take about 2-3 hours at night while raining, JM towing was there in 25 minutes or less. I used them the following day to tow my car to an autoshop, it was same amazing service!!! Also I could not go with the driver to drop my car off because I had class, they were still able to tow it for me and drop the car off safely. 10/10!!!”

He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. “I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. All the gaps are perfect and the paint couldn't have matched any better!!!”

“Mr. David came to my stressful rescue in the nick-of-time; when I experienced a dreadful left-bebind episode with a previous Tow Company that sent a driver by the name of Alberto with phone #773-797-××××. I called a provider for Roadside assistance, because my vehicle malfunctioned, while I was on the highway/outterdrive & my vehicle was unsafe to drive any further. When the driver arrived, he told me that he came to get the vehicle & not me. The driver also told me to to get my own ride home. When I started to call the provider to see what happened, Alberto jumped back his truck & stated that he had other pick ups to get & drove off. “So thought wait time would be long it was shorter than expected but all tow companies seem to take long so it was a nice surprise. I did have an officer to talk to to pass the time so that might have helped. Nice young polite man arrived. He tried to jump my old old old car. His cables did not work but he had a enough humility to use mine, after his portable charger did not work as well. Eventually we got it running after about 15 minutes of team work. ha As I was saying thank you and good bye he said do you use Google so I could write a review. I thought how old do you think I am. haha Needless to say my insurance covered the bill and my wife arrived with our van and could have jumped me but it was nice to have a back if that did not pan out. Good kid (young man), polite, and quick. Interesting day of driving to say the least. #google #stillinmythirties ;-)”

“Wish I had more stars to rate. Mike is a 1/million mechanic. I came in because of brake noise and after checking my brake pads for wear (they were fine) he diagnosed the issue (seized brake slide) like Dr House in about 6 min.
This was all at 430pm on a Friday btw. ACE is now my goto for anything auto related more complex than filling my windshield wiper fluid”
