I took my 8 year old rescue pup her for her first vet visit and received the best service. She’s got some anxiety but the front desk, techs, and Dr. Novak were great with her & made the experience very enjoyable for both of us. As a first time pet owner, I left super informed and much more at ease!

They are absolutely amazing, caring, kind,.and honest... staff in the front also great, friendly, very accommodating. My sister and I were taking all our cats to vca when they were located in burbank off 79th street. Now they moved and everything & everyone has changed . THE GREAT CARE IS STILL THE SAME... they just helped me and my family with our 15 yr old female cat, who had been suffering from tumor, cancer & kidney failure. We took her in Saturday morning as soon as they opened, and without any hassle they gave us a room so we can say our final goodbye to our FAMILY MEMBER. ( MIGY) migy was a sweet beautiful girl. The staff was very good about comfortng us and offering condolences. Thank you VCA

We brought our new 1 year old puppy here for an exam. The vet tech Britney, and Dr. Dill and staff were very attentive, thorough, and patient, and they did a great job explaining everything in detail. We took advantage of the First Free Exam offer and we will definitely be returning for any future needs! Thank you guys!!

VCA in Worth has been taking care of all of our family's pets for over probably 25 years. They are absolutely amazing! Their true love and care and concern for not only our pets, but for us, too, is incredible. I would never go anywhere else with my pets! My daughter moved far away. She misses VCA! But when things get tough or serious, she travels to the docs with two little kids ALL THE WAY to VCA!

My baby died from lymphoma & the vets were very kind & sympathetic. They gave us a moment to grieve/mourn before leaving. I only detracted one star because of the jaw-dropping prices $$$.RIP my angel, you gave me so many years of smiles, happiness & love. It was nothing short of an honour to care for you. I do not only see it as "human saves animal by adoption", but that these angels have also saved countless humans by being part of our lives & an integral part of our families. Pets have no idea how much they help us get through this rough journey we call life. I cannot express my unwavering love for them. ??♥️

How about the Dr who doesn't allow you to even see the procedure. Forget holding the puppy while they are vaccinated. --We were at Millcreek in Orland Park - and I cannot emphasize the difference.Came to VCA in for parvo test upon suggestion of friend as dog was vomiting not eating or drinking. He examined the dog in front of us was very curtious and more than professional when he came back after taking swap sample, and very empathetically explaining the chances of the dog making it and what steps to take. Explained about the virus. Took the call 4 weeks later right away upon first try. Answered the question if we can get another fully vaccinated puppy, as previous one was ill, and breeder as only able to replace the dog. He explained how this virus stays in soil for over a year, to clean everything and wait at least a bit. After doing that, we called and he said go for it, if shots were given in right intervals in right time, and bring it in immediately for another DDApP. Unfortunately we had to go elsewhere. We would still return here.. As other place took the dog to the back to examine it without explaining such practice.More than I could ask.Only thing is that he could have offered us a parvo test to perform at home when we called them for a 4th DAPP shot per his recommendation as our first pup did not make it and we followed his recommendations to work with the breeder. We waited and breeder was acomdative enough to replace the puppy. When we called secretary said they cannot get us in for another two weeks. Not sure why, but if it's because of their desire to prevent another pup with potential parvo coming in - it's completely understandable.

Took our large breed rescue to this vet. She is a recent rescue and has some issues with anxiety. She had never been to a vet before so of course she was scared. The vet gave shots and did check up but refused to do a heart worm test. Our dog had been a stray for months and I think checking for heart worm is extremely important! I understand it would have been difficult to get blood from her but it has to be done. Sedation was an option and they also refused that. Instead we were told to make additional appointments. For what? Making additional appts means they make more money. This vet is afraid of treating large breeds and rescues.

I can't praise Dr. Loxtercamp at VCA Worth Animal Hospital enough! His expertise as a veterinarian is unmatched, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the well-being of my pets. Dr. Loxtercamp's genuine care and attention to detail truly set him apart. Thanks to him, I've found a vet for life – I won't go anywhere else. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing my pets are in such capable hands. Highly recommend!"

This place is a nightmare. The Vet recommends unnecessary procedures ( I guess veterinarians don't take a hippocratic oath). Be careful when they try to upsell you on everything. Make sure you get a second opinion.

We were running out of test strips for our diabetic cat and where we ordered from would not deliver till Monday. We have a cat that is 16 years old and diabetic for 7 of them. VCA was listed as having the test strips in stock. We called and a wonderful, sweet, kind lady named Elle understood my problem. She talked to the Tec and was able to sell the test strips. I have spent 2 days calling and going from place to place to try and get these. I have been in customer service for 40 years and Elle is an exception. She goes above and beyond to help a stranger and now a future customer. We cannot thank her enough because her service made such a huge difference. Her smile made me smile all the way home and grateful. Maybe she could get employee of the month. Thank you Judy H

This clinic has been such a blessing for our family. I have been taking my dog there for 7 years. They recently remodeled the whole clinic, it is modern and very clean. The veterinarian and vet technicians always know what they are talking about, are professional, courteous and great with my dog. The whole staff truly cares about their patients. You can be assured your in the best of hands. The moment we walked in the door we were helped by Cathy. I also called the clinic later that day and spoke with Cathy. She always has a great demeanor that is professional, kind and helpful. The day after our visit, Cathy reached out directly to let me know she had submitted my pets records. What a nice gesture! This past week, we had trouble with our pup and Dr. Halie Slawinski was amazing. She was very thorough with her assessment of my pet and compassionate in care. Halie was also very thorough with both the explanation of the X-Rays & tests being performed and the results of the X-rays/tests. The recommendations and advice she gave were good. Christian is also always great with my pet. He is the only person my dog will allow to cut his nails. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

Had to put my mother's dog to sleep. The people here were so, so compassionate. They were so kind to my mom's lil Molly. I didn't get that "false sincerity" feeling you sometimes encounter with people you don't know that are trying to be polite in a situation like that. One of the techs was even tearing up. Extremely compassionate and gentle people here. Thank you for the care you gave us.
