“after going to 5 different boutiques in the city and the suburbs i stumbled on eva’s because i was interested in a specific eve lender wedding gown. when i went inside i didn’t know what to expect - at this point i was frustrated with my shopping experience and felt like no one was really listening to what i wanted to wear. Our consultant Pat played a huge part in the reason why i loved eva’s she made me feel so comfortable and instantly i felt like we were family. i felt comfortable being open with what i liked and didn’t and she was so patient. also the store manager, i can’t remember her name right but she was also completely amazing! they had the designer i wanted and i tried on about 5 dresses before settling on two i loved. i came back the next day and tried both on and started crying the moment i put the dress on and just knew it was the one. they were amazing. customer service went above and beyond.thank you again!!”

“My daughter and I found her senior prom dress here today. We've been to other popular dress stores and ended up with nothing but a headache bc it was always so stressful. This shop was MUCH more laid back, we were able to stay as long as we wanted and deliberate while she made her selection; we didn't feel rushed or pressured. The owner was very nice and helped us with her input. The selection was very good, and the prices are pretty much the same as other shops with some affordable options as well (and the dresses were still very pretty!). Very happy that we went here!”

“House of brides was the third and final bridal shop I visited, the other shops selection had me worried I was going to have to settle for a dress I didn’t love.I was paired with Christine who wasprofessional, respectful and so considerate throughout the entire process. She was aware of my needs as a bride and offered lots of insightful guidance. There was no pressure or personal opinions. It was about what I wanted. The selection was much bigger than what I had experienced elsewhere and that was lovely because you want to see a lot of dresses to make sure you’re not missing out on what could be the one! I went there with a certain dress in mind but while browsing I found one that I fell in love with that looked nothing like what I had expected to pick. I was able to stay within my budget and that’s including the alterations to the gown and accessories. I would hands-down recommend this bridal shop. Christine‘s measurements were so well taken that when the dress arrived, it fit like a glove! However, Ruth was my seamstress and she put in the bussel and a few minor adjustments to ensure it laid perfectly.Thank you Christine, Ruth and house of brides!
