I’m customer in this place every day I full up my car about $40 and I have discount in car wash 20 cents but I’m not looking for expiration date it was one tow day when I try to use the employee she is name Lee inn she take my card and drop the garbage and she was yelling because it expire really she was very rude and very mean and I asked her to back my card and she don’t wanna back for me when I told her I wanna tell manager she back and she’s cut for me. It is not nice always when I see, this lady I don’t like use this gas station not me. It’s a lot of friends. They told me this lady they don’t like to use this location because this lady.

Rudest cashiers! Or should i say cashier. Sitting on their phone in front of customers and still actively texting when you walk up. So rude to me for no reason and ill never be back. Should have your cashiers learn a thing or two about autistic people. I would be fired on the spot, so upset and ill never be back

Favorite Circle K in the area! I visit this location most mornings on my way to work and Mike and Leanne are wonderful. They keep the store clean and well stocked and our quick morning chats start my day off on a positive note! They are great assets to your company!

Just went for gas .they need to get there card machine fixed so you can save on gas.been broke 4 months.get it fixed. Also the cashier lady was very nice when I enter the gas station.

I have no issue with the employee's that work here. My issue is with the manager Rob. My vehicle was badly damaged from this location's car wash. The cloth roller damaged my passenger side fender, door, smashed the window and ripped off the mirror. I contacted Rob, the manager, and he immediately gave me a hard time. He claimed that this has never happened before and implied I was trying to make a false claim. He also would not give me his last name stating that he was not required to. Later the same day, he called me back and had a 180 deg change in attitude. Now he is customer focused, cares about providing the best service, etc. Maybe he viewed the car wash cameras and saw I wasn't lying. He said an adjuster would call me and take care of the issue. Today it's been 3 weeks. No contact from Shell. No return call from Rob after I left him multiple messages. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance hoping my policy will not increase in cost. Rob also manages the location in Tinley Park on 159th St. I live in the neighborhood. I WILL NEVER USE HIS CAR WASH AGAIN.

The Male cashier in afternoon is a total disgrace he is so unfriendly is like he dont want to be there. The other day I walk in with a 20 dollar bill I ask for 15 on pump 8 and he said he had no change he did it before opening the register he proceeded to tell me why didnt I had change I told him ure a gas sation u should have change he said no here ure money back. and procedd to open register I saw a bunch of 5s and 1s so I told him u got change why u said u don't. He said if I want I dont have to serve u. I said why not ure not owner he said yes iam so I told him u cant do that. I knew hes not owner been going there for over years. I said let me talk to ure manager he said he was the manager. Point blank very rude person. Hes mad or something the other day said that we Mexicans never have change I just listen n ignore him but this time It was too much . He even told me go go like he dont want my business. Anyway I wish the manager will do something about it before he does this to other people

All the pumps are broken .instead of putting signs up they let people drive around and asking questions. Wont visit again.
