Dan and his team helped my sister and I become first time homebuyers with a great rate/loan. They were a tremendous help and very thorough throughout the entire process. I appreciate their knowledge and hard work! Dan personally stopped by and gifted us a cheeseboard right before closing. It was the cherry on top of a smooth and painless closing. Dan and his team were wonderful throughout the whole process. From pre-approval, to checking in, to starting the loan application, to completing all the documentation, to the final closing, the support was great! Prompt responses, questions answered well, and a very smooth closing, even in this pandemic!We really appreciate the excellent support during our first home buying experience. The additional work put in to adjust and get us the lowest possible interest rate saved us a lot of money! The quick responses and follow-ups made for a simple, easy, and less stressful closing. Dan Rogers and his team have made our first-time home buying experience a breeze (literally). Thank you to Dan and Eric for answering all of my questions. Big shout out to the underwriting ladies, Nicolette and Amanda for staying on top of everything. Dan and his team made the entire process seamless and pain-free. Dan Rogers, was hands down the best solution for my mortgage process. I went through 2 different lenders before finding this man & my only regret is not finding him from the start! Lets me first talk about him personally then the loan I received through guaranteed rate. I work nights 11-7am, I would email him all the time and he would respond pretty much instantly, not just during business hours, all hours of the night & even super early in the morning! I am a very thorough person, I ask ALOT of questions & he was able to answer all of them and he never made me feel like I was imposing, he really put my mind at ease! For instance, My budget was low. That being said I was always asking him for maximum offers on certain homes. He must of given me over 40 maximum offers on homes and was always genuinely happy to do so! I was in a time crunch and he knew that as well. His team really worked hard to get me into a home as fast as possible! I still surprise alot of family and friends when i tell them how fast and easy it was to close! Now lets talk about my mortgage experience. The 1st place I went to get a mortgage was not even able to approve me for anything. The 2nd place took over a week to just get me pre-approved, and the rates were much higher than what Dan was able to offer me. Dan pre-approved me in under 24hrs! Informed me of a new homebuyer program that saved me THOUSANDS! The interest rate was much lower than my other pre-approval too! I would recommend Guaranteed Rate, more importantly, Dan Rogers to anybody looking into the home buying process! I cannot rate & thank him & his team enough he did a fantastic job

Dan was referred to me by my realtor. Great guy and great service. I had a "interest" past with my credit and he was able to work with me to get a loan approved. He really knows his stuff. 100% professional, fast replying, and wants to make you happy. A++ in my book.
