They handed my keys over to someone who didn’t have permission to take my truck and let them drive off in it
It doesnt matter who set up the appointment, they dont own the vehicle. You shouldnt have to update the procedure of not handing the keys to someone elses vehicle off to the non-owner...they set up the appointment then decided you were too expensive and your response was "ok heres the keys to a vehicle you dont own"?

Got me in on an urgent request. (I'm from Arizona). Nick and crew got me worked in. A front end brake job. I had car serviced and checked before I left AZ. They saved the day! I needed to be in Indianapolis that night at airport. All I can say is thank you for an emergency repair, fair price, and professional service.
