I rent a unit in the Paris Illinois facility. Im currently moving stuff from a smaller one to a bigger unit. DARREN was there today and offered to help and made sure I didn't need anything. He also previously fixed the exit button that was broken and its nice to know that if we need something he is only a phone call away. Thanks Darren for keeping everything nice for the customers!!

While moving some stuff out the building manager I believe it was stopped by while making rounds and introduced himself, started talking to us, and tried to make sure that I was happy with my experience so far

Great place and really good customer service, and if you are looking for security this is the best I've seen, the recent tornado knocked the fence down and not 5 minutes in my unit a gentleman pulled up to explain it was soon to be fixed and offered any help.

They were nice enough to call me to tell me my unit wasn’t locked correctly. I went straight there. Met Zach who made sure all was good after I fixed it. I told him I was a little irked my rent went up again, he said if I can get it back down to what it was, would that be okay? I said sure and when I see it, you’ll get your review. My account shows no increase. He kept is word. Def appreciate that these days!! Thanks Zach!!

This is a nice place to rent a storage unit. Nice set-up with security and they monitor the place regularly. Its very clean and organized too. The property manager, Darren, is very friendly and helpful. He was very thoughtful and thoroughly answered questions. 5 stars and an A plus.

I don't remember the ladies name unfortunately, but she was so knowledgeable and helpful when I called about renting a storage unit. She answered all the questions I had and took very good care of me! Thank you so much for your help and time!
