I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gandhi and his absolutely amazing coworkers. From the second I made my appointment, I was actually able to get in that day, everyone has been unbelievably kind.I've been to the office for 7 different appointments, three for pre-surgical PT.Each time I'm treated well, and never leave with unanswered questions.I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Dr.Gandhi and his crew for all of their urogyne needs❤

Dr Gandhi and his staff have made a world of difference in my health. I used to have recurrent bladder infections. Dr Gandhi tailored a system to my needs and I am now infection free. I highly recommend this practice for their efficacy and their willingness to listen to my problems and concerns. It is a warm and compassionate practice.

My experiences with Dr. Ghandi and his staff have been excellent! Going to the Urogynecologist is not my favorite thing to do. The staff at Partners in Pelvic Health make me feel comfortable and respected. Dr. Ghandi is a caring, gentle medical caregiver. I wholeheartedly recommend this medical office and Dr. Ghandi himself.

Dr. Gandhi is incredibly nice and takes his time with you. He makes you feel comfortable and cares about his patients. The staff at all offices are amazing too. I saw another doctor before Dr. Gandhi and she wouldn’t help me. Thanks to Dr. Gandhi I have no more issues and my procedure went smoothly and painless!

Horrible front desk staff, last minute cancellations, always in a rush and never on time (waited up to an hour)!

1st time using new medical ins., they required I pay full ofc. visit chrg of $85 even tho' my ins. co-pay was $30. I was told at the visit that when ins. paid claim they would send me a refund chk for the $55 overpayment. Ins. paid, still waiting to get my $ going on 4 mos! Every time I call I get a promise they'll send it. Had my ins. do. call end of July, & they told them I had a prior bal. from last yr. which the credit was applied to, which I said was a total LIE. They then told ins. co. I would have chk by 8/2/18. I call again on 8/6 cuz no chk, & was then told that the Dr. would have to 'approve' sending a chk. So for almost 4 mos. they've had my $ & haven't yet asked him to approve a refund chk??? I feel I'm getting the run around in hopes I'll forget they have this overpayment. Worst experience, & will be changing Drs. Also tired of him trying to sell me probiotics every time I go, his field is urology, not gastroenterology, & I already have a Dr. for that! Whole thing smacks of ins. fraud to me, get paid twice & keep both. Gave a 1 star rating only cuz post won't go thru with a 0 rating.

I am the main caregiver for my 86 year old mother. I have been taking her to Dr. Sanjay Gandhi for about a year. My mom was hospitalized with a severe bladder infection last fall, and that was when Dr. Gandhi was recommended to us. The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Gandhi gives you all the time you need with questions. He has kept my mom bladder infection-free without surgery or bladder devices for as long as she has been his patient. I highly recommend his practice. I had taken my mom to another bladder specialist before and that female doctor was the most impatient person who lacked skills dealing with seniors. I’m grateful we are able to visit Dr. Gandhi’s Woodstock office.

I had a longstanding issue that had been misdiagnosed by several other GPs and OB/GYNs. Dr. Gandhi determined the cause of my problem (overactive bladder with unusual symptoms). He put together a comprehensive treatment plan, and I have been virtually pain-free for the first time in a decade. I suggest going to your first appointment prepared with as much information as you can provide, because the office is busy and sometimes appointments can feel rushed. Most of the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

This is a review of the practice of Sanjay Gandhi, MD of North Shore Urogynecology. I was very pleased with the results of the procedure performed by Dr. Gandhi. When you make the initial appointment, you are scheduled for three appointments over three days, covering tests and evaluation. Prior to the first appointment, they send you a 7 page medical questionnaire. Admittedly it is a pain to complete the thing, but it does provide a lot of information that can be valuable to Dr. Gandhi’s recommendations of your potential treatment. Someone at the practice did enter all the information into the computer, because it has been reviewed with me several times over the course of my dealings with the practice. I think it is more valuable than the typical 1 or 2 page sheet that you are asked to fill out on the initial visit to a doctor. It lists a lot of conditions and you check which ones you have. It doesn’t allow for much background for you as a patient. I think communication is a hallmark of Dr. Gandhi’s practice. After the tests were completed, Dr. Gandhi gave me a diagnosis and several options for treatment, explaining the pros and cons of each. I asked his opinion of the best one for my specific situation. He explained which one he thought would be best, and the reasons he selected that option. His reasoning made sense so that is the one I chose. The treatment did correct my problem immediately. I have had my one month follow up and I am still happy with the results. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are professional and compassionate and I would recommend his practice.
