Caliber made the process seamless when it came to getting my car fixed. I was able to obtain the rental car and return thru Caliber without needing to find a ride. I was kept informed of every stage of the progress my car was in and noticed upon completion.

MERCEDES 2018 GLC AMG 48K Miles (insurance job) - Caliber Collision of Park Forest, IL did an excellent job on my Mercedes. They completed the car ahead of schedule. When I received the car, the hood was slightly misaligned and there were marks on the newly repaired and painted fender. Once I discovered this, I took it back the next day and they corrected the problems immediately and I waited less than an hour! No hassle and no stress!! I definitely recommend them 10/10. They are also one of the few thriving businesses left in Park Forest, so please come out and support them! They actually do great great work! ~ Charles Green (satisfied customer)

Would highly recommend them! They took great care of my vehicle after a bad storm had shattered my back windshield. The cleaned the interior and exterior thoroughly, ensured the body work that needed to be done was the exact color of my car, even wrapped my windshield when it rained the next day so no water would enter the car while it was waiting to be serviced. Great job!

If I could give them a zero, I will do not go to this location. They promised one day and they don’t deliver on their promises of service and effective communication. This is the worst place. Worst experience I ever had do not go to this location. I was promised my car on one date and here it is 10-12 days later and still no car just a whole Lot of excuses

I want to publicly express my sincere gratitude to John Meyer and the staff at CALIBER, for there friendly professional service. I damaged my vehicle's rear spoiler backing into my garage. There was no damage to the exterior paint side of the spoiler, but I broke the clips that hold the spoiler in place. John pulled my vehicle right in and had his crew take care of it super-fast. The world can be very cold and unfriendly sometimes. I want to thank John and his staff for renewing my faith in mankind. I totally recommend the Caliber Park Forest location for your vehicle body repairs.

Looks good as new, they did a fantastic job and kept me updated every step of the way so I was never wondering where things stood. I could not be more pleased with their performance. I rarely bother with reviews, good or bad, but their mastery of this craft and superb customer service warrants acknowledgment. This will be my go to body shop for as long as I live in the area. You will not be disappointed.
