They always give good service prices a reasonable, but they don’t honor their hours. Went by at 4:30. They were already closed. Went over next day at 11:30 still not open

Always the same truck parked there everyday , free money . Pulled to the back and he never said anymore or came to the car . I callled and he says there's no oil there . Unprofessional and just laziness.

I got treated so badly by Auto lab in Park Forest IL. I went there on Friday go there au 4:20pm. One car was in the bay. I drove around. That is when they closed the Bay on me and the guy said we are closed. I said you close at 5pm. He had a smug look on his face and said we are out of oil. I said what time do you open on Saturdays. Thinking ok these guys just want to go home early. All oil places keep oil. He looked at me mean crazy and said we do not open on Saturdays with a half smirk. I got made then started knocking on the glass and he came out. I said for 2 years I been coming here see my sticker. I call you guys do not answer the telephone any more.Your hour have become unstable. What is going on?? He just looked down at me at he was about 6feet 2 and I am 5 feet 5 rolled his shoulders and walked away. I filled out their complaint form on line no answer. Saturdays I drove by at 1 pm they were open. I went to Jiffy Lube and will never go to Auto Lab express again. They have changed managers and definitely need a new manager and workers who come in at a reliable time and better customers service skills. Do not go to Auto Lab Express in Park Forest IL. Why they treated a 2 year customer this way I will never know??

I was new to the area. I have gotten service from them twice and the service was great. But now I've been by it several times and it's not open.

This was my first time at this shop. When I pulled up, two guys were relaxing since there were no cars to work on. They were nice, but I was the one asking all the questions. The oil change took 10 minutes, and I was scared to ask why it was so short. Not scared for my life, but I didn't want to cause problems. I left with no windshield wiper fluid and I paid 67.99 for an oil change that I am not sure was done right. Total rip off, lesson learned, I will never switch shops again. Stay away from this scam place. Overpriced!!!!!! Workers don't look happy, just blah
