My nails after 2 days no clip didn't last. They had my skin pealing. They will NEVER GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!

Rude and incorrect time for service

I've been a loyal customer to this place; but, I see why people are going to other nail shops or doing their own nails instead! With pedicures, the polish was poorly done; my full set seemed rushed and the acrylic isn't covering my entire nail, uneven application; which, I'm sure will lead to the nail lifting soon. I shouldn't have to re-polish or reshape my nails after a service!! I'm definitely better off doing my own. The shop isn't crowded/busy like it used to be

Enough is enough. After going here for many years receiving service for myself, my daughters, and my husband I’ll no longer give them my money. Today is the last day. This place is a first come first serve establishment, however a person was able to make an appointment yesterday for 10 am today and then stroll in late when she felt like it expecting to keep said appointment. I would like to add people literally wait in line outside just to be first so it won’t take long. Salina had me get out of the chair and serviced the lady. This is the 3rd time she has made me move for another person that was getting other services (pedicure or lashes) claiming they were first. Before Max left he apologized the second time it happened and said that’s not the way they do things as evidenced by, when I’ve been in similar situations I’ve just waited if someone was in the chair . It’s a shame, I liked their work…. Will she go out of business with this practice probably not, nor do I want her to. We’ll just spend our money elsewhere.I think losing 3 regular customers and the pleasant word of mouth recommendations I gave her was not a good trade. But not my problem.

I had a lil bit of an old nail left on my thumb and this male tech drilled at it a little bit but then proceeded to place a new tip on top. I asked him ..so you're just going to put a new tip on the old one? Not Drill it down completely? Lazy. Never had a tech do that. I always have to direct which makes me come off as difficult. I said I wouldn't come back last time but oh well. It's close and they are cheap. I need to stop being g lazy and just go somewhere else.

I haven’t been to the establishment for a while, but once I visit recently, it was very disrespectful. They think you don’t know their language when you can translate everything that they’re saying gave me service to my eyebrows I didn’t want because I have none just wanted individual laces (talking about draw them in I don’t know 🤷🏾♀️ nothing about that 😂 I’m a at home mom)I brought my girls to get pampered and showed them how they should be taken care of. It was horrible. My daughter nails fell off two days later. I’m gonna go back to the city on 79th and deal with Jenny never again.

I went here for a fill, and these people are very friendly. Yes, they are but the Older woman could not do my nails. I went back a second time and she did this. You can clearly see the mark where it was supposed to be filled in but instead you just see clearcoat instead of a pink coat for a French tip. This is one of the most Ugliest jobs I’ve ever had done. Also, she did not use no new equipment. Everything was burning my fingernails in my skin and I understand sometimes it does burn with the filing, but this was unbearable. I had to hold my hand with my other was crazy. Please do not go here. I asked them to fix what they did and it made it look horrible I shouldn’t have to change my style because they couldn’t figure it out

I have been a client at CQ since we moved to the area in 2008. Techs come and go and you have to be careful when getting a newer tech. I have experienced techs with rough techniques and with the language barrier, it is hard to communicate with them. I have one dedicated tech I see and schedule my appointments when I know she is there.

Went for some girl time mani/pedi. Basic manicure $30? Wow. Every time I get a manicure my nails break and the machine leaves marks on the bed of my nails.

I went in for a pedicure today and my service was cut short, they told me they were closed, that they couldn’t finish my pedicure and that I was still required to pay full price. After accepting my payment they didn’t even want me to dry the paint on my toes, I demanded to dry my paint and one of the employees comes over and touches my toes a few minutes later and tells me yupp they’re dry, as in I can leave now. Very disrespectful and unprofessional don’t waste your money here.

Went today at 3:30pm to for nails and feet waited an hour for my feet to get done, which was a terrible job! After that mess I had to sit down and wait again. While others was coming right in and sitting down. I eventually left at 5:30pm not even getting my nails done. This place is terrible and I would not recommend no one to go here.

The $15.00 pedicure that was relaxing and enjoyable is gone. My last visit left me with a pedicure that I had to redo. Some staff members are good but others are only hoping for a great tip with bad service. I like to tip very well but not when they don’t care to put in the effort.
