“We're, like, a say that you haul was decent. Because they gave me in and they gave me out. The thing I didn't like is that I wanted 3 different places one time. 1 day and everybody's computer was down at every U-haul facility that I went to. But the next day, everything was up and running. It's almost like to stop the day I ask you. Is like you doing part of a job so you could rent a vehicle? But that's needs to be every place you go. Just like all the doctors paperwork. You have to fill out before you see the doctor on the doctor's. I don't like that any place I go so close it in there. You always decent and I appreciate it. Also one place I went. I waited for about 10 minutes nobody came in. I came out and I saw the guy cleaning out vehicles. It was just too people on this big giant light. He said he'd be with us minute and I said. No, thank you, I'll go someplace else cause if the person that has to wait at the desk and help clean out the vehicles. That's not good, that's not good business. I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for him to come. Or for me to win the vehicle. Because he's helped out helping clean a vehicle. Me, more people you need more help. So no I didn't wait for him. I waited 10 minutes anything after 10 minutes is considered. Bad service thank you very much”

“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”
