The staff here Stephanie (worked on 7/14) and especially the manager (a male working the morning of 7/17) is terrible. I never encountered such rude people. I spoke to Stephanie over the phone to try to explain an issue with a charge and she was so rude she put the phone down and ignored me! I called to speak to the manager he was also rude he continued to cut me off I was never able to explain my situation. I did not like his tone. When he first answered he was speaking to me aggressively because he thought I was a previous caller. And I eventually had to hang up. I WOULD NOT recommend this location to anyone. Please hire people who don’t hate their job thank you.

Rented March 9, 2024
Sales staff was very friendly.
Had mechanical trouble with truck, tires and couldn't turn on head lights.
Presented photos of warning lights in truck.
Returned rental, and Bria removed
charges. Thank you Bria

Terrible service from the freckled faced guy in there and they didn’t want to rent a truck to me when I just talked to customer service and was told they have one for me . Never recommend this place dude was rude and ignorant

Came here to rent a truck. The price was great even though I went over my time and mileage. The staff and truck were great! I do wish the bed cover were thicker as the one I had ripped. My king mattress is thick and heavy.

Truck was in clean and in good condition, but there were tires that needed air which it would of been nice if that was taken care of beforehand. Customers shouldn't have to put air in tires or take it with the risk of having problems because the tires needed air.
In addition, I was trying to check out the truck through my phone. I came up to a problem when they needed additional contact information from me. I put my brothers information in and it was taking forever for him to be approved. I ended up not being able to check it out through the phone but instead going inside the building. When I told the girl inside she didn't know what I was talking about with needing additional contact information. Once she pulled up my account, it showed that I did need additional contact information. She was able to check me out with a truck but it was a hassle. It didn't go as smoothly as I would of liked.

I called there to get a price on a hitch for my car. Everyone involved was very nice and gave me very good information however I did not get a chance to go there to get it done. I will at some point make a decision if I'm going to continue with that transaction. I'm just afraid that something will not go right with my attaching that hitch from a non dealership establishment.

All of the other one star reviews are spot-on. My issue wasn't bad compared to some of the other reviewers. Mine was simply that I went for a propane refill. Per the signage, I rang the bell. No one came. I went in. No one in the store except for two women behind the counter at 3 PM on a Sunday. I asked if I could get propane. I was told no, that no one was available to do that, they already went home for the day. The posted hours are 9-5 for the day. I can't say the woman was rude, but she couldn't have cared less. Very dismissive. I went to the Glenwood location. Couldn't have been treated better. I got great, friendly, efficient service from a young man. I would strongly recommend this Uhaul location. It is only 10 minutes away.
