My wife and I just left AT&T (PR) and had an awesome experience. Gabriel was absolutely great to deal with. He took the time to break down and explain our Mobile bill. My wife then asked him about AT&T internet and he broke that down for us as well. He was very informative and a pleasure to deal . He also managed to save us a substantial amount of $$! Thanks Gabriel

Terrible experience
Get your new phone where they have them in stock.
After one entire week I still don't have the new very expensive Iphone and it'll be another week before I can reverse and cancel the order and get a phone elsewhere. They tell you to call UPS. UPS tells you to call AT&T and the store. The store tells you to go to a corporate store.
I'll never get this phone. UPS delivers way outside estimated delivery time and at a random time and the store doesn't tell you up front signature required can't be changed
And you get attitude on top when you call the store

My home internet failed after the day light savings time change. The apps failed and did not allow me to report the problem. Gabriel Koyfman at the store was persistant in reaching a customer service rep while serving other customers in the store. We finally got thru to technical support and they were able to correct the issue in the office. Much thanks to Gabriel for his insistence on resolving my outage.
