Ordered today for delivery at my work and its the 2nd time the chips are so stale they couldn't be consumed. Going down hill quick. Won't be ordering from here anymore. You need to go back to caring about the quality of your products.

I had the bowl with no rice lettuce chicken beans avocado corn sour cream and they gave me a little container to put on my lettuce it was very good we also got a second bowl just vegetables and tofu very good ?

This location used to be great. The management has clearly changed over the past few years and it blatantly shows from the quality of service. Last time I was in, the cashier was missing and his 2 or 3 coworkers standing around couldn't find him. After about 5 or 10 mins he came out still on the phone (on speaker none-the-less) and rang me up without even apologizing.I suggest the Rosemont location.

The staff was very rude and not taking anything they were doing seriously. The person serving the food was in a rush for no reason and barely gave a full scoop of anything, on top of that he was rushing me and the person behind me to order whole we were the only two in line. The staff had no sense of food safety either, there were 4 staff members with long hair sticking out of their hats and no hair net on, there 4 staff members with full grown beards and no beard net, and one staff member who decided it was cool to walk around the restaurant with his buttoned up shirt open so we can see his chest and tattoos, I mean come on that’s embarrassing. I get that customers can be annoying but it’s no excuse to be rude to every person walking in. The leadership of this restaurant has to stop twiddling their thumbs and actually work with their team to change the atmosphere. Wait times are horrible, the store is dirty, and the staff is rude. It’s a miracle they’re even open for business with all this in consideration. I highly suggest for people to not order from here, it has to be one of the worst, if not, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. What a shame.

The food was great, but the place was filthy. Tables and floors filled with garbage. I've never seen a restaurant that way before. A lot of workers and no one could clean?

I went there in the evening for the first time in Park Ridge, it's very dirty, I understand that students work there in the evening, but please keep the elementary rules of sanitation. I'm just comparing it with the location in Norridge, where I often go, there is no such thing in Norridge. But the food is equally delicious at Park Ridge, too.

This place ripped me off. Stingy with the meat. The server out Very little meat. I should have left there and go to Jersey Mikes instead. This place has the audacity to charge me $13.26 for a burrito bowl. SMH. I go to one chipotle in Skokie and that place puts a great amount of meat on my burrito bowl. Very little carne asada and barbacoa but no problem putting alot of rice and beans. This place needs better people.

I have given this location a try several tries, however they can never seem to have it together. They have an absurd number of workers in the back to the point where they are running into each other, however never have enough food prepped. I understand they are a busy location, but you would think they would understand this and have enough food prepared for the rush hours. Constantly running out of good lettuce, salsa, cheese and then the workers look at me like I’m crazy when I question the fact they don’t have any more in the back? The food they do have out is sloppy and all over the containers/counter. Workers seem very lazy and more interested in talking to one another than taking care of their paying customers. I am disgusted I just paid what I did for a bowl of air.

The worst chipotle location, desperately needs new management. Steak and rice are extremely hard/burnt, I’ve gone to this location multiple times in hopes of change but it only seems to get worse.
