Place is a scam. 700 dollars for a title transfer, with plates that I am using. Should be more like 150 in the year 2023.Had a car a few years ago and it was maybe 300 with new plates.Maria, working the counter, thinks your dumb.It's a scam. Reporting to the better business bureau.
