Went here yesterday evening to purchase some chocolate for Thanksgiving and the manager advised me of their current sale and all the various product options they offer. He was so helpful as it helped me make an informed decision and purchase. I will definitely be back! Great store and service!! Thanks!!

Sean the store manager was a pleasure to work with. Was in shopping for an anniversary gift. Not only a great person but helped me find the perfect selection for my wife. This will be my go-to Fannie May location. Highly recommend.

Not a fan of this location. Head to Lincolnwood or Norridge. I am not one to disparage a location, but this is ridiculous. We live near Park Ridge and frequently head downtown PR. Today was the final straw at this location because there have been issues before that I typically ignore or try and give the benefit of the doubt. We walked in and were the only customers in the store. My daughter was excited to get some delicious chocolates for the family and she devours mint chocolate like it's the last morsel on Earth!
We walked around, never greeted because the older lady was on her personal phone on a personal call. My daughter gathered a couple of things, still not a word. About ten minutes of walking around to see if we would be addressed or see if we would need something or even a hello; not a word. I told her to put everything down and we would never step foot in that store again.

I called the store to ask if they take Apple Pay as I forgot my wallet and I needed to pick up chocolate for my 12 year old who wanted to give my husband/her dad chocolate for his birthday. I was advised they did and I said I would be right in before close. I came at 6:48 and the store, which closes at 7 (says so on the door) is closed! Not pleased.

The chocolates and candies at Fannie May are absolutely delicious. The staffs were friendly and knowledgeable with their products.

My mother introduced me to Fannie May when I was still in the womb. I'm 50. It never gets old. She's 81 and all she ever requests when I go to Chicago is Fannie May.

What a nice store. As I walked in, I was greeted by Kathie. What a wonderful lady. She was not only very knowledgeable on all of the candy, but she was very polite and enjoyable to talk too. She went on & above her duties to make a customer happy !!! GREAT JOB KATHIE ??? This will be my main store to go to from this point on......... Richard

Great customer service!!! They make shopping for chocolate even more fun. A great place for whichever season's holiday to find gifts and some for yourself that always seem to be out of stock at the big box or corner pharmacy. A cute store w great staff!
