Don't go to this place and wast your time there only leady working in this place and to send a package it took me 45 minutes while she answering other phone calls I will never go here again common Fedex hire some employees

Not happy. I really dislike this place Staff has No urgency. Shooting the breeze with others and Answering the phone. I was just trying to mail one package Just one package It took more than 20 minutes and I gave up.

I am customer for FedEx since 8 years, never l received anything bad come from the store or the customer service. But today ::
I was treated badly by the fedex service today 10/12/2024 at 12:20 pm at this location, tow customers services name is:
SHARELL and another agent one l don’t remember,
They look me and treated me differently than other customers, l am first before one or tow customers they don’t need to serve me she passed to serve other customers l don’t know wait !! This is a discrimination no accepter by the law!! it’s terrible!!
I will call the big manager for FEDEX brcauthey need to stop this bad service and discrimination in the FedEx, after l send the case to the court, there is a camera in the store.

Absolutely amazing and gracious staff. Not only did they give us a beautiful printed product, but Marco and Christina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of myself and another customer during their closing window. They are so kind, so courteous, so professional, and so capable. Amazing store and staff.

I came into this FedEx thinking I had my package perfectly prepped for return. Unfortunately, the directions were not clear and I was without my wallet. The store manager John was so kind and went out of his way to make sure I didn’t need to walk the package a mile home again. At 6 months pregnant I really appreciate this! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and support John!

Poor quality printing, rude staff. I came to print out gift certificates, and everything came out with stripes. In other locations, they gave me everything in beautiful envelopes. There were envelopes for each. Here I asked for a separate payment, they didn’t give me anything... Disappointed
