Thanks again for the last minute huge order for our funeral. I was looking for a local place near the services and found this place. Needed the order for the following morning at 9am sharp. Everything worked out perfectly and the flowers were really nice. They were way bigger than we expected and made a great impression. I’m not experienced with funeral stuff and this was super easy. I had to attend a funeral in Des Plaines, and live in another state. This florist was not far from the funeral home and I ordered a cross of white carnations with a multicolor floral sash of roses, lillies and various other flowers.It was beautiful!! I would definitely use this florist again.

Dealing with death is difficult by itself, but image ordering an arrangement that nearly turned very bad. I'm very specific and said to the nice lady over the phone "please assure me the flowers will look like the picture and no substitutions." She assure me but when my partner called showing me a scaled down lackluster arrangement; I was honest and they fist said it was because they couldn't substitute, other excuse was the website price is 10 years old. Not my problem, correct your website. Finally after adding the correct amount of flowers, it looked like what they advertised. Im so tired of not getting what is offered and then the trail of excuses. The last insult was saying they were doing me a favor by charging less for additional flowers. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM. This took too much effort to get right. Come correct the first time please when I'm paying good money.

She took the time to meet with me to understand my vision and at a reasonable price. I have been recommending Flowerville to all my friends. Grace arrangement is beautiful and the flowers were of very high quality, no comparison with a grocery store bouquet. A week later my niece said they still looked as fresh as the day they were delivered.
