Have been going here for over 2 years. Love it. Very quiet & NO smells ( they don’t do fake nails). I get gel nails & regular pedicures. I call the day before or morning and make an appointment. I have had a number of different ladies. All are professional and very detailed oriented. Most don’t talk with me other than a few words - which frankly I prefer. They have a TV screen with no sound just captions to not disturb people. When I get off pedicure chairs, they always help me so I don’t slip. It’s my go to place and I love it.

Really bad. Used to be great 3/4 years ago when there were different owners…hence the good ratings. Now, they rush like crazy, doesn’t seem super hygienic and didn’t help us until 30 mins after our appointment. Never coming here again and would urge no one to go support this place either. Not a good experience.

I've been coming here since we moved to park ridge in 2021. they always do a great job and have lots of options for colors. They don't charge for no chip removal and they have recently started doing little shoulder massages after service. I've been to a couple other places in the area but this is my favorite and I think has the best prices.

Liked the pedicure but if you have a slight knee problem or are even a little bit clumsy, beware! The seats are in a long couch set up and you have to step down without anything to hold on to. The woman did not offer to help me down and I almost fell and slipped as the area next to the pedicure bowls (where you have to step down) were wet and slippery. You can view the seating area in the images. I don't care for the seating set up or worrying about falling and prefer the more individual chairs (that are easy to get out of) that often have a massage feature. Friendly and good pedicure otherwise.

AFRICAN-AMERICANS patronize at your own risk! Cute, clean place (except for the ring in toilet). Convenient parking in rear. No massage chairs. No plugs available. Kate was not very friendly. I asked for info on each pedicure, but she only read me the prices. They have nothing in writing and no one could explain. Didn't offer designs. She walked off mumbling in another language. So I chose the basic. It was EXTREMELY basic. Nothing special about the visit. Final result barely better than I do at home. She asked if I wanted to go to the dryer area. I said yes. She just walked off. Usually, they carry your stuff over and start a foot dryer. I wanted a more polished, professional look and experience. She just got up and went to the next client, so I couldn't discuss it. I asked another tech to fix the couple of issues. She replied sarcastically "they look fine, you can just go we won't charge you." I told her they were small issues. She said "it's free, that's what you wanted anyway." What?! I was going on vacation and wanted a nice pedicure. As I was getting up to put my shoes on the first tech came over and started trying to remove my poiish WHILE i'm standing to put my shoes on and the floor was wet. She did not care if I fell. I said please don't touch me. She just kept trying to overpower me. It was CRAZY! Definitely WILL NOT return.Service: Pedicure

I did not have a good experience at this place and won’t go back. The mail technician was great. The kid at the desk did not stop talking to a customer the entire time I was there. It was so annoying. People come there to relax.Service: Manicure

First time at Green Nails with my two nieces (4 & 5 years old). There were 6 of us total and we all had a great experience. They had enough nail techs to do all 6 manicures within an hour and a half. It was such an amazing for all and everyone was so welcoming and nice! We made a reservation a couple days prior and was pleasantly surprised to have enough nail techs awaiting our arrival! Other nail places have not had enough staff to support a bigger group even with a reservation. We will most definitely be back again !!!Services: Kids' manicures

they need to fix they're prices there because i came in thinking it was $35-$40 but the lady said it's gonna be $50. they don't even have massage chairs like every other nail salon the lady didn't even do a good job and asked for a tip
