I’ve never felt compelled to write a review of a pharmacy, but Mariano’s is just so fantastic that I wanted to share my experience! I had been using Walgreens by default for years, but after having repeated bad experiences at the Walgreens on Devon, I decided to give Mariano’s a try.
I am so glad I made the switch! My prescriptions are always ready very quickly and the pharmacists are SO friendly and take the time to explain the medication to you and answer your questions. I don’t even mind that they don’t have a drive through!

Shoutout to Manager Steve & his staff at Mariano's Pharmacy for being an absolute rockstars!
Lauren was incredibly kind when I called to inquire about the out-of-pocket costs for a medication and provided me with the best options. I must have dialed at least 10 pharmacies across the US to inquire about this, but the moment I spoke to Lauren, I knew I wouldn't need to call another one.
Steve is not just a pharmacy manager; he's a superhero in a lab coat. Steve took the time to call up the manufacturer when I had a tricky question about a medication. He even followed up with me the next day with the information. Who does that? Steve does! His helpfulness and dedication to going the extra mile make Mariano's my top choice moving forward.

Transferred my prescriptions here after Walgreen’s shorted me on blood pressure meds. Got home to find only a two week supply. Nothing was said when I picked them up. Called and they said yes, they were short, but I could come in in two weeks and get the remainder. Huh ?? Maybe we were going on vacation ? They did that twice. I transferred everything to Mariano’s and couldn’t be happier. Pleasant, attentive service each and every time. They seem truly glad to see you and do their best to give you all the information you need. Outstanding! Steve is just plain SUPER !

This location is very nice. It had everything I needed, but the meals are somewhat expensive. I got 2 pieces of chicken, macaroni, and veggies, took it to the registers and my meal was over $18. Two very small pieces of chicken, (Not breast), and it didn't even fill the entire container. It's smarter to not use the pre made food and do it my self. Overall, nice place to shop at, but stay clear of the very expensive pre made food.

There are more self checkout lines but I feel like these ppl observe you like a hawk. I always catch the police and the workers having a staring contest with me (idk just me or other customers too?) I get these ppl are staring bc of their job description but Jesus Christ do I feel super uncomfortable. I avoid this place because they make me think I am a thief Next time I go here I will take pics of ppl staring ok..
