Only one register open and only half of self checkout. Lines are more than half way to the back of the store. Then they accused me of stealing. And the parking lot is full of beggars. I’m done with this location

I’m an avid juicer/smoothie person and the fact that the guy who makes the smoothies also works Stan’s doughnuts kiosk which are connected is a bit disappointing. The guy is reading from a book how to make them with a more or so confusing look on his face hoping he did it right. Completely disappointed I asked to pay extra for what was left in blender he said no I’ll be putting them out for samples smh lol

Today this locations night shift (front end). Stood in line for 22 minutes to check out through the lanes. There was one person (with no help bagging) while there was three people behind the front desk on their phones chatting away. Absolutely pathetic of this store.

Ola in the bakery just made up the most beautiful pink cake for my granddaughter, with red on top of purple writing, and fanning strawberries. Thank you!

Very disappointed customer. Make sure you CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Multiple items were not charged the sale price as advertised. There were NO digital coupons for these items. The manager was saying it was my fault for not clipping the coupons. I shop here every week and make a conscious effort to clip the coupons. I checked the coupons twice before checking out. I had to wait in a long customer service line and there is no efficient way to get a refund. I had to look up each item and give the sale price for each individual item. I’m hoping I remembered every one with a grocery bill of over $100. I don’t understand why I should have to be the one to go line item by line item to just get a sale price that is advertised. Then to realize after I got home, they didn’t even add up the discount correctly. And calling customer service or speaking to a supervisor was not worth the time I put in. They were very condescending and didn’t care about me as a customer in the very least.

I have always liked this store. It has always been the cleanest with the friendliest and the most customer service oriented staff. Shame on me for not giving them a five star review for all the years I have enjoyed shopping here. I guess most of us only voice our complaints. I purchased a 2-for item on sale yesterday and when I got to my office, I realize that I was charged the regular price. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected today when I stopped at the store. The supervisor was kind to take care of my issue before the service desk hours! But, I was made feel like an imposition. I had to show a picture of the tags to address her questioning my claim for 98 cents. She rang the difference in price without adjusting for the tax collected, maybe two more cents! Even when I thanked her, I did not get any apologies, a smile was out of the question. This was disappointing only for my high expectations of this store. Will I shop here again? Absolutely, but I will check my receipts on the spot.

Im disgusted with this location! My girlfriend was accused of stealing by an employee and was physically stopped as she had just walked in. I hate to be that person but we feel as if this accusation was racially motivated. I will never return to this store again. The manager was aware of the situation and she acted as if she didn’t know what was going on.

I immediately got racially profiled by two black people upon walking in the door they was dressed as police officers. I brought my items and left as the “cop watched over my shoulder while I put my card pin number in.. I hope he doesn't steal my information you just never know now days.

Drove all the way to this Mariano’s to have a steak grilled for dinner and the guy at the meat section tells me they don’t grill there. I’ve never been to one that doesn’t grill. What a waste of time.

I used to love going to this store but now not so much anymore. The quality and cleanliness of this store, located at Cumberland and Higgins in Park Ridge, IL, has deminished SIGNIFICANTLY. The floors are ALWAYS dirty... with what seems like weeks old caked up dirt from spills that were just left there. The hot bar and salad bars are not attended to like they used to be. The bathroom isn't sanitary AT ALL, there have been several times that I've asked to speak to a manager and was just left standing at the customer service desk. These are just a few observations that i wanted to bring to your attention. Marianos... please consider looking into this concern... i really like coming to this store and would like to continue. Thank you.

Where do I start. The meat counter is disgusting. The guys behind the counter wearing masks that a filthy. Currently they want everyone to self check out. So there's a massive line of people for the single cashier. Keep it up and there won't be lines. I'm done shopping here.

I wasn't mugged in the parking lot and I didn't experience any of the staffing issues others have so I have to say I enjoyed my visit. It's Kroger owned but looks like it was inspired by Whole Foods. Sushi, bakery, deli, pizza shop, smokehouse, guacamole bar. Stan's Donuts. There's a huge selection and prices aren't bad. Bonus: Our Ralph's customer loyalty number works.

I don’t go here often but sometimes make a special trip because of their custom guacamole station. No one was around to man the guac station in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, although the station was all setup with everything chopped and ready to go - the only thing missing was an employee to show up. There was one very nice younger employee in the store who looked for someone to assist me. He checked several times for someone to assist (walking around to spot someone, talking to other employees, and paging over the PA system), and he kept checking back with me several times over 10 minutes to see if anyone had showed up, which they never did. He apologized that no one came by. Management should take a cue and get more people like this young man to work there. Why would I ever go back here if I don’t know they will be properly staffed to service customer needs? I wasn’t the only person looking to get help at the guac station. I dread Kroger buying Jewel after what they did to Mariano’s, which is why I generally stopped going to Mariano’s in the first place.
