Staff are very knowledgeable, a dream to work with, and give great insight. They provide reasonably priced services like adjustments, resizing, cleaning, and battery replacement, often performing amazing work on both new and very old pieces. Many customers, including families visiting for many years, report they will use them for all future jewelry and watch needs.

I purchased a bracelet that needed adjustment and the gentleman was so kind and thoughtful. While I was waiting they definitely had a wonderful selection for everyone. I will be back. I would strongly recommend if anyone was looking for jewelry or watches they should visit Melendy & Wilson first.
