I had a very unpleasant experience at this 7-Eleven location. The cashier rudely told me that the restroom was out of order, but it was clearly working — I saw someone else come out of it shortly after. When I asked again, they were extremely rude and dismissive. There is no reason to lie about something as basic as a restroom, especially when customers are spending money here. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.

Bathroom is always out of service if you are in a hurry to use the bathroom go somewhere else I have come here more than ten times and it’s always out off service

I used pump 10 to fill up on 1/10/25 at 11pm and the pump would NOT release my card. It would not let me take it out of the machine when prompted, I tried several times to remove it myself. Ironically my card could be pushed in to be read and charged, but it would NOT let me remove my card when the prompt said to remove the card.
I notified the attendant who was less than helpful. He came out to see the pump and tried to remove the card himself but it was truly stuck. Then he just went back inside. He told me, through his broken English, that he didn’t know how to remove it.
I immediately cancelled my card and called my bank to block further transactions on this card so no one can use it to fill up. No one else at other pumps had this issue.
The lack of help I received from the attendant, and the inconvenience this caused is why I’m leaving the 1 star
