I love Potbelly but the sandwiches supposed to be toasted and warm. Once I receive it, they're not warm at all. Fix that!

I’ve come here a few times since the remodeled. I feel like it lacks the charm that it once had. Everything feels so cold. Loved the old style where you saw them working on your sandwich.
