Amazing workout for people looking for a full body workout, at a perfect intensity, but low impact. All about movement and form to live a long healthy life without restrictions! Awesome place!

Came to this location consistently for over a year and loved it! Ended up not coming back after they changed their pricing/ monthly structure last year. I used to buy 20 packs of the classes since I travel for work and can't commit to a certain amount of classes per month. I now go to a different Pure Barre studio in the area that uses ClassPass instead. Hope they join ClassPass in the future because I would definitely come back!

What a great workout! Although I've only gone to 5 classes, I can honestly say that I walked out of each class sore because all my muscles were being challenged. Most students keep to themselves (which makes pre-class time a little uncomfortable and off-putting), but the staff and instructors are friendly and encouraging. They even make it a point to learn each students name to provide specific in-class motivation. Very clean and pleasant environment with ample parking in nearby lots and on the street. Two accounts were created for me (both with incorrect info) so, the first 2 days of trying to book classes though the app was a little bit of a nuisance. But once resolved, booking classes was easy. Class sizes are limited, so, reserve your spot early if you want to attend a class.

I started going to Pure Barre in Park Ridge with a groupon that my sister got me. At first I wasn't sure what to expect but I got my friends to sign up too and we all started going whenever we could. I've been going for over 3 months now and I have to say I'm definitely stronger than I was when I first started. I really like the instructors and hope that in the future they will bring back the foundations class. I've migrated to a regular membership now that my groupon ended. I really like the classes and the instructors. Everyone there is super friendly and so motivating. I still dread the class (or any exercise in general lol) but after the workout I always feel better. The team here is wonderful and I always look forward to seeing my favorite instructors :).

This place is terrific, the instructors helpful, the studio is very accommodating. You are challenged and the instructors will work with you to be sure you getting the most out of your workout. One thing I found is that the instructors have a very good instinct for when to help you improve your moves and push yourself and when to let you continue in an adaptive mode. It is a clean well-run studio. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. The instructors are friendly and very skilled at working with each student so there is constant and consistent improvement.

I had not been doing any systematic exercise, except walking 5 miles a day, in a while. I went not sure what to expect. It was great, after a month I took on a year's membership. The instructors are great, the workouts are challenging but that is why one goes to such a class. I had to adapt some of the moves and the instructors could not have been kinder or more understanding, not to mention helpful. My only "complaint" is really a data point for how good this place is, namely: you have to book classes in advance as they fill up quickly!

I took barre classes at my physical therapist recommendation. Bonus, there was a Groupon and ended up paying $5 for 20 classes. Big score! I personally enjoyed the classes. I feel that they did strengthen my hip flexors. However... 1. once my Groupon classes were done I thought that the price for 1 class was too high. 2. There are classes at different times, but i feel that their focus is on stay-at-home persons and i found it hard to find a 3 classes a week that work with my schedule. 3. They allow early birds to reserve spots for friends. I found it really hard every Saturday morning to arrive 10 min before the class starts and to find that there are no real spots on the floor. I personally needed to work my pushups and planks at the barre and every Saturday i could not find a spot by the bar because half the class who were there reserved spots for others who did not arrived yet. That really pisses me off. 4. From all the instructors, I personally found Alex and Hope to be the most useful and clear about direction and instruction.

Came here for a Barre class for the first time yesterday as a free guest with my friend, and let me tell you, my first impression was great! It was a great experience and our instructor Maria was a real sweetheart. I didn't know what to expect when I came in, but she made me feel super welcome and she was informative about the certain terms and cues I would come across in the class. I am a fit person, but I don't really work out or go to a gym on a normal basis, so this class kicked my butt into gear. This location is super clean and has a reception desk in the front room with little cubbies so you can put your belongings and shoes in there during the 50-minute class. The backroom is one large room with ballet barres and a huge mirror that wraps around the room on three sides. Although the class was only 50 minutes, you work out every part of your body and my arms, butt, thighs, and abs definitely burned after...IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE OF COURSE! Literally, my thighs were shaking so much because of how much we did in such a short amount of time, and my legs felt like jello. The class is fast-paced, and my friend said that almost every class you go to has different routines so you never really get used to a set one, which is awesome to me. For the class, we used a small red ball, weights, and a double tube. The instructor walked around the room during the workout so that she could help your form... which was so great because she didn't say anything to you or embarrass you, and she helped out everyone. She also would say great form and she would say your name during the class so it made me feel very comfortable from the get-go. Unlike going to a gym, this place makes everyone feel comfortable and you do not get that annoying feeling of people judging you in any way. The mirrors help you follow along with other people's movements. Overall, I would love to come back and buy a membership, though memberships are pretty expensive, so I may use a Groupon because I found some great deals on there. Both guys and girls are welcome in these classes, although my whole class was full of women. I cannot wait to return!

While on a business trip, I knew I had to have some type of normalcy in my life so I decided to sign up for a Barre class at this location. I was excited that they allowed me to take a single class for just $10. The studio is in a little cute area of Park Ridge near a bunch of restaurants and stores. It's pretty big and the front part of it literally looks like a boutique. I was instantly welcomed with a goodie bag that included a 15% off merch which lets be real, of course I used. The class set up is a bit different and it looks like equipment is already pre -set out, other than you have to get your own weights. Class flow was great and our instructor really pushed us and I never felt like any part of the class was easy. I was sweating my behind off the whole time! Even though I was visiting, the instructor make sure to remember my name and gave me some compliments throughout. At the end I bought a cute shirt and they definitely had some cute merch. Great experience, clean studio, and really friendly people!
