Quest Diagnostics is a clean, efficient, and professional facility. The staff is extremely nice, prepared, and full of life and kindness, with a great sense of humor. The process is very quick, with check-in through a machine at the entrance. Patients report being attended to very quickly, even as walk-ins, with the entire process from arrival to test completion taking only about 15 minutes. The techs and nurses are described as wonderful, pleasant, and great, providing a painless experience. This location offers routine lab tests, drug screens, and pediatric specialty services. It is located across the street from Lutheran General Hospital. Appointments can be scheduled online.

Outstanding service, everything was so easy, effortless and quick. Creating an appointment was very easy, check was extremely quick and the whole process of giving blood was finished in less then 10 minutes from walking in to the clinic to getting out.
